As a large and complex nonprofit running everything from gyms to after-school child care to outreach programs, we have so many audiences to speak to and channels in which to speak to them.

I love the calendar feature which lets the user filter by different factors. It also makes it easy to see what items are due when and who is assigned to complete them.

We've had some issues that we hard to work through. Adjusting the notifications settings was one of them.

Also, we had problems with articles and due dates disappearing. We never quite figured out the problem, but it seems to have stopped.

Overall, it isn't terrible. I think there are other programs that are a little more crisp (like monday), but if it's what you have available it's a solid choice.

We moved from having our content on an excel spreadsheet to this, and having the calendar view is AMAZING.

I am still a relatively new user and am working out the kinks, but it is a great tool. I look forward to seeing how it is improved in the years to come.

After I accidentally deleted my content, the team quickly found my work. I was very appreciative of their quick effort and support to solve my problem.

I like that I can keep all of my production dates in line.

Intuitive and easy to use, our team loves Divvy. The WordPress integration is essential for us and it makes it so easy for us to push articles over to our website.

Divvy definitely had an initial learning curve, and I am only using it because my team supports a content team. My team mainly uses it to communicate with them and to keep track of our task list.

The search functionality is severely lacking and usually does not bring up what I am looking for. This makes everything else harder as it takes much longer to find campaign items.

Overall, my experience with DivvyHQ has been great. I love the functionality of it and the easy-to-use functions.

The template system for requests can be confusing, and since there are a few places to place comments they can get lost.

Sometimes another team member may have completed or updated a task and you're unaware that has change has happened unless you refresh the web browser.

Divvy is amazingly customizable and has, hands-down, the best customer service I've ever experienced.

First time using slope within a company. It's easy to use and a great way to gather feedback.

How straight forward it is and  the functionality. You can see how far everyone is on projects, download all content, and see previous versions.

Sharing work and feedback is quick, easy and intuitive. Slope helps us communicate easily and effectively while cutting down on unnecessary email conversations.

Mouse over numbered notes on the video are very helpful. The feedback from customer support seems to be speedy and very helpful.

I wish i could drag and drop files to upload. I don't like that hitting the back button takes me totally back outside of the project.

It saves me hours of work on every project. The tool is very intuitive, easy and fun to use.

File archives can get a bit messy if naming conventions are not properly upheld by all users.

I have used a few other project management platforms in the past and Slope is by far my favorite.

Ease of consolidating feedback on projects (especially video), even while contributors are traveling or working remotely. Slope's customer support is incredible.

I loved having the ability to quickly send and receive feedback on videos that needed to be turned around quickly.

What I like most about slope is the ease of access to old creative. Whenever I need to reference something it is easy to find because of how organized the system is.

No thumbnail options, the client wants to see this before it goes live so why don't you have this implimented.
