I have found good prospects with Growbots

The quality of the prospects at the SMB level are surprisingly good

The process of selecting prospects for a new campaign, or an existing campaign are confusing.

Easy to use, no training required for SDRs, easy to scrape, cold email, warm them up, touch personally and then convert to a demo.

I love that our SDR's can live within Growbots. They can scrape their leads, enroll them into cold sequences, track people who are warming up, enroll them on a personalized sequence, then bring them to a demo with personalized emails, phone calls and LI touches. So, excellent, all in 1 tool for outbound.

The only thing I'd like is to be able to see is: In the list view of contacts in a campaign, on the list, see how many times they opened and clicked instead of clicking into accounts. This way I can click a campaign, select the engaged leads, move them in a manual campaign. For now, taking a look at the engaged accounts is working though.

Customer service was excellent until the last fiasco. We have one technical issue outstanding regarding something to do with the DNS but getting flagged as spam just led [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to say, get in touch with your provider and then we can restart the campaigns with that new email address. I deleted all campaigns and paused sending to be on the safe side.

Ease of use, relatively easy to set up including all the email things that non techies like me don't understand such as spf records.

I am now in the middle of sorting out getting a domain that I have been using for about 12 years out of spam purgatory. I specifically asked during set up if I should use a g-suite account and was told no need. I may be the only person on this planet currently grateful for COVID-19 as I am essentially shut down from email for 3 days while Godaddy tries to get my email address no longer flagged as a spammer by Microsoft. The email address had obviously been primed for like 12 years.

Overall, I've gotten 50 more leads in the 3 months I've used Growbots than previously with other products. I had a stellar onboarding and got a lot of great advice and I find the tool very easy to use.

Sequences are smart and easy to use. My open rates and reply rates are much higher than before I started using this tool.

Prospecting tool. It's intuitive and well-designed, but it's too expensive for me to use as my primary tool.

I am very pleased to have found the Growbots application to help simplify the cold-call prospecting process. Everything about it has added value to our sales efforts.

There are multiple things: #1 The customer service is outstanding- I feel like all the people who answer my questions are on my own team. They are swift to answer, or find out answers, make suggestions, follow up and they are warm human beings who interact with the best business manners I have ever experienced-every time. It usually just puts a smile on my face. Bravo!! #2 The value of having validated prospects to email is priceless. Being able to filter multiple ways to find the prospects I need to approach saves so much time and frustration-as a one woman show in these efforts, using Growbots has been a God send. #3 The integration and continued education of the system has been impressively easy to handle, with the guidance and direction of the Growbots team. There is still so much for me to explore, as the system is continually updated, but until I do that, I have a system that works and delivers resulting in terms of getting prospects attention and then getting appointments.

The only thing I have thought about is the fresh state of the prospect list as I continue to use this application for more than 18 months so far. Just a little frustrated when my campaign can't find any additional prospects, sometimes. I know it takes tweaking, which works, but then ends up expanding the net which takes more time to filter through.

Easy to standup, deploy, and use. Unlike other tools, you have the ability to generate new fresh prospects as needed, a functionality that is usually reserved for more expensive tools. Setting up templates and creating sequences is easy and fast, and navigating to what you need is easy with the built in filters. Perfect tool for growing small to medium businesses, and it's value priced.

Although a tremendous overall platform for the investment, there are a few kinks that need attention. The reporting and analytics are sufficient, but could be better. When transferring prospects from one campaign to the next, there is a limit of 100 at a time to avoid bogging down the platform which can become cumbersome. They also have some limitations when you need to remove prospects completely, for example if the prospect is geographically tied to only one product and you don't want them in your other campaigns. All-in-all, minor limitations for the value you receive.

We are happy with the software and hence have been using it for last 3+ years. Customer service and support is very impressive and pleasantly surprised with promptness and proactiveness.

Easy to set up, run, manage and monitor multiple campaigns. Great Support from Customer Service and proactive help to improve and guidance to enhance the messaging and best practices for generating Leads successfully.

Ability to automatically load additional Contacts that match the same criteria for the active campaigns, and it requires to manually keep loading it, as well as incorrect contacts post loading makes the planned throughput lower for emails sent out as planned daily.

I have loved working with Growbots. Their concierge services are excellent. I have recommended Growbots to others.

No cons. While I would always love these types of services to be cheaper, I can't complain about the value for money.

I am two weeks into my sales push with Growbots. It does everything it says it does and the growbots team couldn't be more helpful. The site itself is not without its bugs and quirks, but its a process and at the end of the day, my emails get sent correctly and the analytics come in as advertised.

This doesn't work well on mobile and some pages/tools are buggy still.

I most like the database and how easy it is to find new prospects and add them to a campaign. Second, I love their education and templates for writing emails. I also really appreciate how dedicated their support team is. Whenever we have an issue we get answers in less than 5 minutes

A missing feature is when you transfer a contact to a new campaign you aren’t told which campaign it initially came from. Our initial campaigns were titled based on where a contact initially came from and we lost that data.

Amazing support, great product but it never let me use its full potential . I was ready to spend €3,000k per month on buying new contacts, but It stopped after the first buy. And at this moment I still don not yet have contacted all the contacts of the first buy.

Contacts, setting up campaigns, email tool and prospectlist in one tool

The hasle with setting up the emails and the steadily increase of number of emails sent eacht day. Every time I set up the campaign and email again there was a problem wit warming bots, SPAM etc. I was never able to utilize the product to it's full potential. I set up several new email addressess, built up the number each week. etc. But I never got to the maximum number possible. That left me with a hugh number of contacts that I could not use, because the campaign is executed so slow.

I'd say it has been reasonably good. I've also used Outreach which did feel a little "richer" in some ways, but it was also a longer learning curve. I'm not sure if I picked-up Growbots because it's easier to learn or because I had already learned Outreach. Either way, does the job, good value for the dollar, great support, and it has a little ways to go but it's almost there!

I love that upon launching a campaign, the table is set to make the prospect and company names 'natural.' It is easier to do than in spreadsheets, and when the company name is changed, it does it for all the prospects at once.

I can't click on an account and see all the prospects in it, or all the prospects from an account within a campaign. A built-in dialer would also be very helpful. A little confusion on what "qualified" meant. Didn't know that it would pause the prospects in the campaign. A "qualified" prospect could technically (by the definition of the word) be 'qualified' even before any contact is made.

The concept, platform and overall solution are great! I could see helping many B2B companies by offering Growbots as a service. But I would need an expert content person who could also analyze and tweak messaging based on analytics.

The overall capability to target broadcast to a large, qualified audience with sequenced messaging.

The learning curve. it's necessary - but not as easy as I'd like. It would be good if part of the package was a content creator that could help with the messaging and analysis so messaging could be tweaked. I can handle the functionality part, but the content and analysis need ongoing support.

We signed up for Growbots’ 3 month onboarding bootcamp. And it was excellent! They set up our first campaign for us, took us through all the dos-and-don’ts, and found us success with email campaigns that work. Since then, we’ve been able to set up effective campaigns easily with high-quality prospects on our own. And I think that is invaluable to any marketing team. Growbots may be a little expensive, but the ease of high-quality prospecting, writing emails, and creating campaigns – all in a single workflow, is invaluable. For us, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], also the entire Growbots Customer Success team, have been excellent, offering expertise and prompt help for any step in the process. They seem to genuinely care for their product and their customers – Kudos!

Database is good and it's great to have prospects and email campaigns in the same platform - really simplifies our workflow. The 3-month onboarding and customer support have been invaluable.

Analytics are not always precise, but that is a universal issue with automated tracking. The team has been working with us to give us better tracking.

Finding the right contact that we need in seconds or minutes and the amount of time we have not having to dig and search for the contact in the company saves us an incredible amount of time and helps us grow our business even quicker.

The ability to search for a direct company or to be able to use the filter to search by professions, industries and job titles make it incredibly valuable to finding that right contact and growing our business.

I would like if there was an ability to drag or add in the sequences to different positions without having top delete it and then add.

I like that it identifies cold responses and stops the sequence, but the best part is that it also works in Spanish.

Some information can be outdated but that's the nature of the beast. They do a good job at keeping the database up to date.

Support is great, the platform does what it says it does.

The platform automates a lot of the outreach and drives leads if the content you are sharing adds value to the recipient.

Complex to use if you're not an expert. You'll need someone to manage it, or someone who's willing to dedicate their time to become really fluid in it.

Overall experience has been one to strive for as a company ourselves. The sales process was zero pressure, heavy on solution-based selling with very clear expectations on commitment and implementation. Onboarding was always available as needed and met with us several extra times to help us launch. Lastly, we even had a custom request that was needed and they were able to complete that in a short period of time. A terrific experience and highly recommended.

A big reason we selected Growbots was due to the dedicated coach you receive to put you on good habits when starting their system. They second large benefit was the sequencing of emails they offer. The other list provider we were looking at didn't have that functionality and was substantially more.

If I had to pick something it would be that they are pretty strict about wanting you to buildout, edit, and finalize your first entire campaign before getting started. This made the onboarding slightly longer than anticipated, but it turned out for the best as the results were better and we learned more.

Over all, took some time, had some hiccups. part of the fact that Growbots goes to junk and that is not fixed - no issues. (emails sent via Growbots go to junk! - tested a lot)

Salesforce integration, visibility, eventfully emails do look personal. there are some cool features - like fixing the name of the company or job titles before sending if it is too long.

Not intuitive, does not follow all use cases for email campaigns. Hard time to 'crack' basic features, a bit complicated to deploy, has some issues with the SFDC integration, layout is not too friendly. a bit complicated.

We've been able to scale our email outreach and make this process much easier for our sales team and we're now reaching more customers than we did before using our automations on other channels.

We like the automation part with A/B tests the most. As a company, we're pretty good at knowing what our target market is and we've been able to gather contacts for these industries, but automating the email workflow has been our struggle for a while. With Growbots, we've got a way to automate this and really spend less time here, while also getting their insights about the content that works. This has been instrumental for us.

Lack of a free trial, but their sales rep managed to explain this to us and we were willing to give it a go without the trial. Sometimes, the warm reply detection is not super accurate, but it's still loads better than us manually checking all the replies.

Having to run a campaign to generate prospects, I wish I can generate leads without having to run a campaign.

Only just implemented Growbots so difficult to say at this time.

I love the fact that Growbots is able to pull information on smaller companies which often tends to be a struggle.

The SF integration doesn't seem to be as fluid since we are only using Growbots for its lead gen capabilities vs email. Would be better if leads could be uploaded into SF with a click of a button vs having to import a CSV
