It is so easy to use. (other than my own shortfalls with formulas!). I needed a calculator that allowed me to show multiple services and type selections that then inform the user of costs and allow them to go through to online ordering and scheduling - and it does it all. Simple drag-and-drop with full design capability. Multiple help tips and information on building your forms and, most importantly, outstanding support.

I needed a powerful and adaptive product that encompassed everything - data capture, calculation, submissions, integration capabilities, pictures, external linking to ordering, and scheduling - this has it all plus so much more. I also needed proactive support.

I have yet to find something that I don't like.

It gives the admin good controls over most of the key features; it is very clean and simple, and displays results nicely. The software will benefit from adding more online support documentation for admins, especially for using formulas, variables and tables.

I wanted to build something that didn't look like it was developed by someone who had never actually been in sales, or run a business of their own. We wanted to shift the decision criteria for prospects away from features and over to cost-recovery and increased profitability. I wanted a calculator that was highly accurate, and supported by independent, credible data. Not made up out of the air. Well, I took a look at a number of web-based calculators, and initially I picked another product for my client because I didn't spot InteractiveCalculator in my search. My client sent me a link and I thought, "¼ the price? It *can't* be any good. So I tried the free trial and built a pretty decent first draft. But it was lacking features. Foolishly, I thought I'd send an email to the company to see if they could help. Surprisingly, I got a response within half an hour...and a fix. This became a pattern: (1) Add Functionality, (2) Run Into Roadblock, (3) Email Company, (4) Immediate Response With Fix, (5) Repeat. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], provides the single best support experience I've ever had in my 38 years in the tech industry. Three months later, the Interactive Calculator has grown immensely in its capabilities. So has my project. It's done. We have a tool that accurately models my client's value propositions for their prospects. It can be used by Sales spawning from a Salesforce Lead or Contact record, or generates leads from website visitors.

Ease of use; code-free; intuitive; stable; incredible value for the price. Any bugs I have found get fixed almost always same day, sometimes within hours, allowing me to keep working without major roadblocks. The Zapier integration works really well to Salesforce, and the website integration into Wordpress with Divi was smooth. The developer adds new features faster than I can keep up with.

At the writing of this review, it's still a relatively new and evolving product. I'd mention specific features except that by the time I write this, they'll probably be added already. The pieces are all there for a very complex project, and now building out variations of UI elements are probably in order to make it look slick.

I honestly couldn’t fault it. It works extremely well.

I sell t shirts, decals, stickers and banners. I do a lot of custom work so I thought it would be great for new visitors to be able to get a quick quote. I have 7 different shirt types and was able to display all of them. But what's really great is the user can select different shirts and quantities without having to do each one separately.

I love the calculator. It gives you so much flexibility when you have complex formulas. I could just copy my excel tables into the calculator tables. The support is the best! [SENSITIVE CONTENT] helped me so much and just love the results. Highly recommend.

There isn't anything I don't like about this calculator.

Software is easy to navigate. With no prior coding or website building experience I was able to get a skeleton of what I wanted. Then the unbelievable customer support team carried me to the finish line. They even adjusted the work on my website when there was an integration issue. They also got back to my emails within a few minutes, just incredible!

I’d say that blog pages to try and figure everything on your own could use some work

It is a very good alternative to the very expensive cost of designing a financial calculator for our website. I appreciate that I can style it to match our brand.

There are very little tutorials, actually no tutorials, on how to navigate your way through the software. I often had to refer to similar software's YouTube videos to figure out what to do with this one. Not very good and as the developers, I would focus on design a tutorial or "how to" video. At times, for no apparent reason, the formulas gave me… When I replaced the fields with figures it worked, but the minute I added the fields, it didn't. I would refresh the page and try again and then it would work.

Simply the best.

Value for money. The service I got after I paid for the full version was unbeatable. The price was just fine even if I didn't get the service. It's worth twice what I'm paying.

Design customisation is a little difficult for the inexperienced user. But still easily manageable.

The product is fairly easy to navigate, but I,m not that great at formulas - however, they offer to make the custom calculators if you are on the paid plan. I must say - fantastic experience - prompt, no iterations needed, and just what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend to other marketers trying to create interactive landing pages, or trying to improve their audience engagement.

I do wish there was there were more design options or sleeker templates.

This tool allows me to save time and dev costs on creating calculators. When I've had trouble creating a calculator for my website (which is rare) [sensitive content hidden] has stepped in and assisted to create exactly what I wanted.

UI could be improved. Tool interface is a little raw.

For weeks I've been jumping between other platforms that miss this feature or that feature or are too expensive and finally, I found interactivecalculator that has all critical features such as fully customization and integration with other platforms via Zapier in a beautifully elegant package.

All is very good except for the limited plans available. It only has one paid plan and a free limited functionality trial.
