Best social media scheduler for agencies and social media managers!
I love using Pallyy to manage my own and my clients' social media accounts. I find it very helpful to be able to schedule to different platforms and have everything I need in one place. The customer service from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is excellent, he's always been very helpful and quick to respond. I also like the fact that there are new updates and better features added, so it shows that this software is trying to give the best features to its users.
PROSI love how visually pleasing the dashboard is and how easy it is to create notes, drafts and schedule the content.
CONSEverything has been great so far, one thing that would be great if there were an option to input link audio into the video content (seen this feature on competitors page).

A GAMECHANGER in social media content management!
Having everything in ONE place. Having STELLAR support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team when we have any feature requests/wishes/presumably unattainable dreams! :) The transparency in the Pallyy roadmap and the openness to change and receptiveness to "complaints." The HUMAN experience vs. a "we'll get back to you in 48 hours" (and then NOT get back to you at all) experience.
PROSAll of the different views (grid, list, calendar, board, table, month, week) are incredible because different teammates have different working styles. Some times call for a visual review and others call for a more detailed view. This caters to all.
CONSThe fact that more people don't know about it. The fact that it wasn't around sooner. The fact that there isn't an app...YET!
Reason for choosing Pallyy
We always had plans of sticking with Planoly, because we thought it was the absolute best we could get. It's great, but there were some things lacking and recently the systems have been down a lot which means posts don't go out, post go out in duplicates, team members get frustrated, paying for a product that doesn't work, and most of all, clients receiving a less than stellar experience from us.

Honestly, nearly ALL of the other platforms did not seem like they had a human customer service experience. All the canned responses and also lack of responses.

Plain ignorance
Nine versions of the picture, and still the same response. Glad I didn't spend money on this place. 0 of 5 stars.

CONSThe picture was of 5 people dressed in colored leather jackets, each hair color and style different, and so was the skin tones. Answer the sight gave me. "The image is a group of people wearing clothing."

Good, growing software
Pallyy has been such a boon for me. I'm the sole manager of more than a dozen social media accounts, and being able to schedule things across multiple channels while customizing for each is such a time-saver.
PROSPallyy is easy to use, and has a good range of features for the price point. It's easy to integrate with social media accounts, and the Canva integration is a solid feature. It tells you when there's an error message, and unlike many softwares (looking at you, Facebook) it tells you *why* there is an error and how to fix it. Easy peasy. We manage multiple accounts for multiple stores, and Pallyy has made my life much easier. I also appreciate that Pallyy accepts user ideas and is constantly adding new features without constantly jacking up its prices. There are occasional outages or glitches, but Pallyy is great about communicating those issues and they're always resolved quickly. It's exactly what I need: a clean, useable software that just works the way it says it will. Thank you.
CONSIt would be cool if there were a more robust content calendar feature, where I could plug in things that I've scheduled but had to schedule from elsewhere (links to FB, etc.). It also would be great if we could post to more than one Google Business Profile from each social set.

The clever social media tool
Before signing up with Pallyy, I told them it was a problem that I couldn't include alt text for images. Vision impaired users wouldn't be able to 'see' the posts. They agreed, and got the feature released within a few days!
PROSThe combined inbox is the most useful tool for me. This brings together comments and messages across all channels. I use Pallyy's automations to manage our busy inbox, so I spend my time dealing with the important stuff.
CONSWhen I schedule a post across multiple channels, I can customise the post, but not the schedule. In future, I'd like to be able to post at different times on different channels.

Pallyy's low price point made it an easy decision. We did a trial and it had all the features of the major platforms, but at a price that was manageable for not-for-profits. How they implement new features based on user feedback is really compelling too.

There were a number of issues with Hootsuite, including an outage at a critical moment for us. The costs were high, the service low.

The best scheduling product yet!
This platform is reliable and has so many features, you can schedule content in multiple ways across multiple platforms, manage content in branded folders, share calendars with clients with a smooth transition, it is the perfect social media management tool!
PROSThis product has it all from scheduling, content management, reporting, branded bio links, their are heaps of customisations available, customer service is fantastic, features are continually updated and continues to get better and better! My team and I could not be more satisfied with this product!
CONSThere isn't really anything I don't like.

The platform was aesthetically pleasing and the user experience like no other. My team and my clients absolutely love the features and the ease of the experience. Customer support is also 10/10 no long wait times and very attentive service.

Pally, eveyone is sleeping on it but this is the best out there for restaurants especially
I love it, this is the first social Scheduler I love
PROSPally is very affordable but also the best, I can have individual store GM's have access only to their socials and pull from the bank of content not for 300 a month extra but just 30, its practical and solid.
CONSthe app is not there yet, and I can't drag and drop photos into pally, upload is a few more clicks but that's fine

Everyone should be talking about Pally!
I got the Sweet taste of having a auto poster when they didn't start charging an arm and a leg for them. I missed them so much!Budget friendly and excellent customer service when I had a question
PROSNot only do I not have to get up at 4:00 a.m. anymore, since I live in Oregon and I'm on the last time zone, I can schedule weeks out. If you're a content creator, you know how important timing and scheduling is, and this takes both of those out of the equation.I went with HootSuite at first, and then they started charging ridiculous numbers. Not only is it WAY less expensive, but Pallyy has more features. They also work directly with Instagram so your posts aren't going to get flagged ( even if you don't go with Pallyy , check to make sure the company you do go with, works with Instagram !)
CONSI mean you can make your service free XD everything works fine on my end

The best tool!
Great so far! I love it.
PROSEverything! So many features and for such good price. I can't stop recommending Pallyy to all my fellow marketing/social media professionals. I had worked with Hootsuite previously with other companies but I wouldn't go back!
CONSNothing! But if I reaaaally had to say something, I miss the possibility of scheduling PDFs for LinkedIn, there's only photos and videos.

Promising Software....Sort of.
I really love this software, so much so that we've recommended it consistently for the last few months, to pretty much everyone. If you're an agency or in a space where you're ready to take the plunge and purchase software, then this is cool and the price point is right (especially for unlimited postings). The bugs are a bit of an issue and when you need immediate help , you won't get it during work hours because the company is based in Australia, but still the software is bordering on best in class.That said, if you need to start with a free account (or would like to), I'd avoid the entire complicated mess that is their free account system. Their customer service seems confused about how the free posts are awarded (some clients were told at the first of each month, some were told when a post became 30 days old and some where told both in different conversations). In the end it appears that their 15 posts work on a "rolling" system, meaning that you don't get a new bank of posts every month but rather a single post here or there as your posts age out by 30 days, which is not only confusing but incredibly useless. In the end, I love the software itself, the customer service is inconsistent, the free accounts are a nightmare, and things are a little buggy yet, but the software is head and shoulders above most of the others out there.
PROSPallyy offers some really nice features that other's don't. The google business integration is a nice touch. I love the scheduling interface and the ability to schedule reels and more advanced post types. The hashtag storage is ultra easy to use as well.
CONSThe customer service isn't great. It's also fairly buggy, being relatively new. There are a lot of uploading and posting errors, but in fairness the frequency seems to be reducing. You also can't control the posting times for multiple channels, which means a lot of double entry and the free account is useless.

love this AI!
we are basically a 2 man show and the more time I spend on social media the less time I'm in the shop on production. I do see myself saving about 8 hours a week which is huge. Thank you
PROSThere are so many features to love I don't where to start. I will tell you that you had me hooked after I stumbled onto the face bio AI. After using that free tool I knew that the rest was going to be great. This is my 3rd Social media management platform I have tried and it will be the last. You have a customer for as long as there is social media. The Ai post writer is my favorite, the was it writes the post to fit the channel its writing for is great. I haven't had the chance to try some of the features but I know I wont be going any place else.
CONSI will say one of the things that is very irritating is if you are in the middle of writing a post and need to stop and add a video or picture there is no way to save it as a draft or it's not clearly marked. Also, I could not figure out how to not post to one of the platforms there were a couple times I had no video for tiktok and I had to start over another frustrating moment

The best scheduling platform I've used!
Absolutely love it, will be a long-time customer for all of my clients and will recommend it to friends in the industry.
PROSI love the ease of use, the layout and the way it can be collaborative between team members who are remote. The grid layout is an amazing feature which you don't get with a lot of the bigger (more expensive!) platforms. I also absolutely love the pricepoint, when you manage multiple social media channels for different brands, it can get very expensive but with Pallyy you can upgrade to 1 social set per brand which is amazing.
CONSI've had a couple of small issues with linking to Social Media accounts but nothing that hasn't been sorted immediately by customer support within the hour!

Happy to work with a company that's already great and constantly improving
When I first signed up, the features and analytics were basic, but I chose Pally because they had a Google Business integration. They were one of the extreme FEW schedulers I found that offered posting on Insta + GB. I quickly noticed that new features, analytics, and options seemed to be added every month, which constantly improved my experience as I was scheduling and evaluating my social engagement.
CONSI only wish there was a tagging feature so I could make note of which type of post each was & use that for tracking & content variations. The other helpful feature would be hashtag "banks" where we could store and group our preferred hashtags, and be able to paste certain ones into various posts.

Pallyy fulfills my needs.
Very good. Having tried several competitors that where more expensive I felt that Pallyy was great for a one man organisation. Allows me to weekly schedule video and image posts across channels.

Pally is a great Social Media/Content creation tool
I have nothing but great things to say about Pallyy. They are user friendly, simple to use product; I use the product in the most basic of ways, but still recieve a fantastic level of service when I run into an issue.
PROSTheir customer service is second to none, quick to reply, and always have a solution or fix when you need it. The overall set up is super user friendly, and is a pleasure to use.
CONSThere are some little issues, like checking images are correct for posting, especially on single image posts for Instagram. Otherwise I love it.

Great! I would recommend it as it is easy to use and this is coming from someone that uses it every day. Once they get on top of some small software and connection issues it will be even better.
PROSEasy to use and access, it's a great platform. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is super responsive with any issues and quick to assist!
CONSSome malfunctions, due to being a newer software. Sometimes access is blocked or won't load, issues with publishing and error messaging restricting things from running as smoothly as possible.

Cost - the price to maintain a subscription with a growing business was too expensive. Pally offered a similar product (less features) but a better price point.

Excellent. I love this app, and I love that it's affordable for me, while making it so I can run everything solo and still have a life!
PROSI absolutely love having an affordable place where I can manage and schedule posts across all my social media platforms without worrying about them publishing on time. I run this all on my own, and it's extremely important to have these tools at my fingertips.
CONSOnly downside was not being able to upload .png files, but I have an image file converter installed, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Prices got too high for what was offered, and I don't make a profit from my blog, but I enjoy running it, and I don't need the stress of worrying about social media!

More positive than with anything else I've used!
PROSI love that Pallyy has multiple platforms, multiple modes of posting, ease to managing the look and feel of content as a whole. It's been very user friendly and intelligently designed from the get-go.
CONSI have been having some trouble getting some of my more complex posts to work. Carousels and reels/video content still take more effort than I would prefer.

Great overall tool
Great tool that can almost do it all. Support is quite fast and helpful.
PROSIt has everything I kind of need in a tool, find content, repost easily, auto post. It makes everything easier and love to use it after having used most of tools out there.
CONSIt's a little expensive if you manage several accounts on one platform, I wish they have a pricing per platform and not per profiles.

Pallyy Is The Best!
The best thing is that a) it is super user-friendly, and b) the customer support team is unlike any other! I like the you also pay one payment rather than "packages" or "tiers" that other scheduling softwares have. It has everything I want out of a platform. If I ever think of anything else that they could add, the team will take on my reccommendation and implement it the next day!
