Made all of our jobs easier

PROS

We needed to product qualify leads for Voxiechat before sending them to Pipedrive. Salespanel made everything easy as it helps us send the best leads to our CRM. Our sales team is able to find all leads along with important information. This has made all of our jobs easier and reduced the amount of manual work needed.

CONS

Wish it had a few more integrations but overall good.

Best software for website visitors identification

For B2B companies who are struggling with leads or sales in generally this is a great tool. It helps out to sort the real actual hot leads and saves tons of time. My overall experience is that the whole b2b marketing can be set to a next level with this tool.

PROS

Salespanel is super easy and fast to take use. For sales team its benefits starts to show immediately after implementation is done. Its wide integration possibilities makes it suitable for any kind of company already working with other tools. In addition customer service is great and the value for money is best I've experienced.

CONS

To get the best out of it it requires well-planned and structured website. So without good marketing funnel and touchpoints to identify leads there is some extra work that should be done. Technically this is not a con of the software but good to take in consideration.

Salespanel provides more accurate user behaviour data and better integrations with better value for money.

Very useful tool for agencies

Love it. an imprtant tool in our software stack.

Love Salespanel for determining source of leads into PipeDrive

PROS

We loved Salespanel for pulling the source of the lead into Pipedrive.

CONS

There wasn't really anything I didn't like about it. We just moved to HubSpot and didn't need it any more, but I see HubSpot as an expensive alternative to get what we got from Salespanel. We just needed several other features we got from HS which is why we made the switch.

They are both great products honestly, but they do two different things mainly.

Best standalone tool for website visitors identifying.

I tried bunch of lead generating tools and Salespanel is the best. Try it before you buy "leading" Lead Capture Software!

PROS

- biggest pros is the Salespanel team! They know their product and are regularly updating it. Everytime I talked with them a new feature was added and few more coming up. They are amazing. - support in seconds - daily emails are useful - easy to use web interface

CONS

Android app will be useful for me and native integration with leading mailing tools.

Reasons for switching to Salespanel

Salespanel makes sales enjoyable even for non-sales people

We have definitely cracked lots of leads using salespanel, which would have gone unnoticed if we haven't used this tool.

PROS

The biggest advantage of salespanel for our team is that it helps us measure our sales efforts efficiently. To be able to track visiting companies, capture leads and get lead score in one single dashboard is saving us a lot of time and helps us channel our sales and marketing efforts in right direction. Dashboard is simple and easy to use, daily emails are really useful and the browser plugin makes it easy to keep track of notifications as well as it integrates well with gmail and mailchimp, though there are other integration mentioned, but I have tried only these. The team behind the product seems to know what they want to build and are regularly updating new features at good pace. I think I am going to be updating this review a lot, with more features coming up too fast. Overall, it's my recommendation to give this product a try, if you are looking for a software tool to streamline your sales process.

CONS

The product is evolving daily, so you have to keep track of all the new features being added.

Salespanel outshines its competitors

Salespanel's website activity tracking surpasses our previous CRM's with exceptional accuracy. A cost-effective option that delivers solid results.

PROS

Salespanel offers unmatched reliability with captured data across multiple browsers and devices. Features include webhooks, an Outlook add-in, and flexible APIs. Good documentation included.

CONS

Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive webhooks for email open tracking events.

Very helpful tool connecting all the puzzles pieces together

Great overall experience, very helpful tool and the customer service is excellent!

PROS

I love that this tool helps to connect the information from marketing (forms filled out, pages and blog posts visited) to our CRM - Pipedrive, where the sales team can use it to their benefit, see how many times has lead returned to our website, how many pages and what pages exactly they have viewed. Especially their lead scoring is very helpful as that makes things much easier for identifying how hot the lead is.

CONS

All the valuable information from Salespanel was not showing under the deal in the Pipedrive, but as soon as I reported this to be an issue, Salespanel started working on the solution and had it ready for us within a week.

Excellent tracking software

Excellent experience so far and great support, hope it continues to grow in this direction

Provides very good tracking data of leads from multiple sites. Support was very quick to respond and clarify how to make the most of the tracking

CONS

Would love to see more integrations with CRMs and third parties. Support already confirmed additional integrations will be added soon

One of the best software we signed up for.

It's a very solid solution, not doing everything that some big competitors are offering, but it offers almost everything that the smaller company like mine needs, without killing our budget.

PROS

It does exactly what we need it to do and it does it well. We use it to track leads and combine all meta information in one place. It also has one of the best support I ever found. And all this at a very good price.

CONS

When we signed it was a bit poor in features, but we managed to talk with support and establish when more features are coming out. We trusted them and signed up - worth it :)

My review about Salespanel

I am a Marketing specialist at Diatom Enterprises and we had a new project Diatom Teams Landing page and I was looking for a Lead Generation platform to monitor the leads to our Landing page. Accidentally, I found some platforms on Google, contacted all of them and at the end I chose Salespanel and the first reason was its team, they always reply on time and do their best to make their platform better.

PROS

It is a very user-friendly platform, especially recommended to Marketing specialists.

CONS

What is good about this platform, you can always contact the friendly support team and ask if anything is not clear and they call you, organize a video conference and do their best for you to understand, and they are open to getting your feedback to enhance the platform.

PROS

I loved the ease of service. In business there are many things to juggle and user friendliness is important to me. Allows down the learning curb.
