The jump in price to get those two things (which is all I would want) is just too steep. I also think the page layout for the image files is weird.

It has allowed us to reward our customers and collaborate with other companies in a fun and easy way.

I like that I can customize the software to fit in with our campaigns. We typically use it for social media giveaways and it offers us a lot of features that are very useful.

Beware of people abusing the referrals to cheat.

Support/onboarding from executive has been great. Great integrations and willingness from VS to add more integrations.

I love that we're able to export the winning names and emails into an Excel file to send to my Email Specialist for our sends.

The customer support is amazing. They’re always available and easy to understand.

I also like that it integrates into different types of websites so that it can be a seamless experience for our end users.

The webhooks did not work for us. They are well-tested, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

There are too many tabs and it's confusing. If I put in a part number, only a portion shows in the tab.

It has taken awhile for the installation and setup - meaning that we are unable to use workbooks yet, because of problems with the initial setup with workbooks.

Customer support has improved since we started to use workbooks as we can easily track previous calls. Also the ease of creating and scheduling emailed reports helps greatly.
