A great way to leverage your Linkedin account

PROS

I am using Waalaxy daily, with a couple of automation and, in combo with Sales Navigator, visiting and following people is the easiest way to be noticed, and to grow my network in my niche. There is a great guide to understanding the product, but essentially Waalaxy has a great UI easy to use and understand for newcomers.

CONS

I would like to see the opportunity to build my own LinkedIn automation flow instead of using only templates (actually templates cover almost every use case so this is not a real cons)

Reason for choosing Waalaxy

Because I was a ProspectIn customer (their other product and I made the jump on Waalaxy because of its more features and ease of use).

My Waalaxy voyage

Overall I can't imagine my work without Waalaxy right now as it gives me a counstant influx of prospects, I have a tool to quickly set up multiple campaigns, do the A\B testing and find the pitch and industry with the highest conversion for my particular product and I'm really grateful for that.

PROS

Before coming across ProspectIn and Waalaxy I actually tried another similar solution (with a tasty name) but I didn't go further the trial period as the set up proved to be quite complicated. I fell in love with ProspectIn at the first sight and immediately had all of my colleagues use a free trial as I could be set up by a click of a button. Waalaxy was the next step providing the feature we sought after for a very long time - automated consecutive messages and email outreach.

CONS

Strangely enough it does not have the feature that ProspectIn has - removing old pending invites. Also, the variables in message sections could be more diverse, but they are only limited to NAME, SURNAME and COMPANY. Why not include - INDUSTRY or COUNTRY? The import report could provide more information - why not all of the campaign leads were scanned? What duplicated did you find and what campaign they are in? etc. Email outreach needs to be polished - the text formatting is not supported and it is not possible to include variables for the email topic - so it can't be personalized which is sad.

They are just not there

You can only speak to customer support over chat. I will take a day to get back to you if you are in the US. Overall it was a frustrating experience working with them.

PROS

I love the idea of the multichannel marketing automation platform. They have some good ideas.

CONS

While they have some good ideas, they are poorly executed. Unless what you want to do fits in EXACTLY with what they have - it will not work. Even then, their pre-done templates are suspect. At the end of two weeks, tons of back and forth with their support and multiple campaigns - I did not get a single worthwhile thing to work. Lots of errors were generated. Little information about why those errors ocurred. They spend A LOT of tiem coming up with 'cute' little names for everything. And I mean everything. Look at their job titles on linkedin. 'Chief Pasta Officer'. 'Chief ostrich officer'. The names of the campaigns - 'Pixie Dust from Angels'. It just gets a little silly when the product doesn't work.

Money Making Machine!

PROS

Waalaxy has helped me in reaching out to new prospects every single day. I was able to get out of the LinkedIn Jail and reach out to a minimum of 2000 prospects a month. Within the last 4 months, I have closed more than 8 sales!!!!

CONS

Waalaxy is expensive as compared to other similar tools but it's worth it!!!!

Waalaxy is a highly feature-rich LinkedIn automation tool.

The tool does exactly what it advertises. It offers an incredible amount of features for a very reasonable price. If cloud based automation isn't your top priority, then choose Waalaxy without hesitation. BTW, the Waalaxy team told me that they will be releasing a cloud-based version of the app shortly. That's great news!

PROS

Waalaxy offers numerous automation features, such as automatic profile visits, messaging, connectin requests, email enrichment, and sending cold emails, etc.

CONS

The tool requires you to keep LinkedIn open in a separate tab all the time. Would be great if it were cloud-based.
