The website is very difficult to operate on a touch device.

PlanPlus Online for Real Estate is the best CRM solution on the planet. I have used other top CRM's in the past and I am amazed at this product and service.

It's just awful when it comes to syncing with, well, anything: Outlook, iPhone, Google.

There are rapid changes in technology and it's hard to keep up with little glitches.

One thing I really like is how user friendly the interface is. There are multiple navigation paths to get things done.

Does not work right on Computer Browser and they know it but, are not fixing it. They've known about this problem for a very long time.

I was trying to set up sales revenue and prospect reports. Their reports worked but in the end, I went back to using Outlook.

Or that a pop up window of an error is a known issue and will always occur and they just say you have to go with it.

There are no pros at this point. Possibly the layout is great but I would not know since I cant get it to work.

Ease of use and onboarding, you can get started in minutes. If you don't need specific lead management it's a perfect tool to start with.

I will take a day to get back to you if you are in the US. Overall it was a frustrating experience working with them.

User friendly, quick to set up, I use it for many different campaigns with good result in terms of contacts achieved.

What I liked the most was the direct messages at random times that appear to be a personalized dedication, although everything is automatic.

Also, the variables in message sections could be more diverse, but they are only limited to NAME, SURNAME and COMPANY. Why not include - INDUSTRY or COUNTRY.

I have encountered some problems related to bugs in the tool.

I like the easiness of the software, anyone can get a hand on it pretty quickly.

Inability to create own sequences. Perhaps FB integration at some point.

Even then, their pre-done templates are suspect. At the end of two weeks,  tons of back and forth with their support and multiple campaigns - I did not get a single worthwhile thing to work.

So far, poor personalization options(name, surname, company). Lack of integration with tools such as Hyperise that allows you to put personalized images / gifs / videos in messages.

Great for building & expanding your Linkedin network, les great in managing said network. But the best solution out there for start ups and early stage scale-up to connect and grow there business.

You can use a single sales navigator account for multiple accounts, AMAZING!!! Love customer support lives chat, always answered my questions & they solved my problems immediately.

Now with the widget integrated into Linkedin it is even easier than having the chrome extension and makes prospecting, managing campaigns and automating super userfriendly.

I started using Waalaxy when it was just starting (and changing from Prospecting) and initially it was a bit confusing.

Team/support is lovely, product is great and easy to understand/use. In about an hour you can grasp the main aspects of the tool and make it work.

The campaign feature, you cannot easily see the full name list when you click on the campaign as it doesn't display the full name.

User interface easy to handle - Lot of pre-settled campaign.

I love the idea of the multichannel marketing automation platform. They have some good ideas.

Great ! our entire team use it now (7 business developers) and increase dramatically their productivity and qualified leads.

Lots of errors were generated. Little information about why those errors ocurred.

It also allows you to use one Sales Navigator account for multiple LinkedIn accounts - or not use it at all. As a result, you can save on the subscription to the service worth at least 50 euro/month.

Waalaxy tremendously improved the ability for our business to expand its network and prospect for potential clients.

Strangely enough it does not have the feature that ProspectIn has - removing old pending invites.
