One of the best and affordable solution for email warm up
We are using it for multiple clients and overall, we like it a lot and support by [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is amazing. Worth your money and you will get results.
PROSWe like it's simple UI/UX and great support along with the affordability of solution. It's easy to connect and value for money.
CONSWhen it comes to features, they still doesn't have features like AI content and more but again when it comes to cost, it's a no brainer. If they can improve the email content more, then it's gonna be great.

An Important Tool for any Email Marketer
We loved that Warmup Inbox offered a free trial (unlike other warmup services) which got our foot in the door and found the set up incredibly easy. We have a unique sending set up which their customer support team helped us with within minutes thanks to the live chat feature. We saw clear improvement on our sending domains within a week and quickly added more inboxes to the services. They are a life saver when it comes to landing emails in inbox.
CONSI wish they offered more pricing tiers, but other than that I have no complaints about the platform.

Affordable and helps in avoiding emails landing in spam
Had a good experience can't say bad experience. But still there is room for improvement regarding the quality of email warm up feature and it's warmup email pool

Excellent Customer Support!
Good value for money, and, super-nice and helpful customer service. My overall experience has been 100% positive - thank you Warmup Inbox [sensitive content hidden]
PROSI highly recommend this company, because the customer service is excellent! A lovely lady by the name of [sensitive content hidden] helped me to set-up everything, and, when I had questions, she was very kind and patient. Prior to joining Warmup Inbox, I had joined another company's trial, and, that company was completely unhelpful, to the point where I left and did not bother joining. Use this company, they are very helpful.
CONSSo are, I have zero complaints with Warmup Inbox.
Reasons for switching to Warmup Inbox
Unhelpful customer service at the other company, albeit their product was quite a bit cheaper at $8 something a month; their customer service was terrible, so not worth joining them.

It used to be good
Disappointed overall, good product, good customer service but they changed their pricing so much that I had to get a refund because I paid for the whole year and they ended up not offering the things I paid for.
PROSWarm up inbox works and it has a wide variety of functions which I like. You can do regular emails for smtp connection which is important
CONSTHEY CHANGED THEIR PRICING MANY TIMES WHILE I WORKED WITH THEM. For what I could do for $9 a month when I first started working with them I then was told I had to have a subscription plan that was $108 a month..... No warning, they just kicked me off their service. And it the world of warming up an inbox getting kicked is not good at all.

Fantastic Support
I work for a company that uses this. My exposer to WarmUpInbox is limited but I needed to get help from chat support today. It might have been one of the quickest, easiest, most helpful chat sessions I've ever had. The agent was competent, friendly, helpful, and spoke English perfectly.
CONSI haven't worked with it persoanlly. I just needed help from support and that's it.

Disappointing !
For now, I like nothing about this software.
CONSI’m using WarmUp Inbox for 3 months on an email I use only for ~2 emails / day.I can’t see any progression.I’ve tried to chat with them on their site but I got absolutely no answer : dead silence !I don’t recommend using it.

Big Time Saver for Building Email Rep
We would be in email trouble if we Warmup Inbox didn't exist
PROSIt's very effective - they set expectations and share best practices. The support team is outstanding and very responsive.
CONSNothing - I've used many of these tools and Warmup Inbox is the most effective.

Inexpensive email warmup
Warmup Inbox was easy to set up and run, but I eventually switched because the emails were too long and spammy looking.
PROSWarmup Inbox was easy to set up (if you know your email credentials / SMTP settings) and worked simply and reliably. It seemed to do the job of improving email deliverability.
CONSThe emails it sends are clear computer-generated and looked spammy. I was concerned this could actually hurt my email reputation.

Amazing Product & Customer Service
Overall, I would rate it a 6 out of 5 especially considering today's ecosystem we live in![sensitive content hidden] , the CS rep, was super responsive and amazing as well.
PROSI had just upgraded from their basic plan to their pro plan and had to pause the inbox whilst I was doing the upgrade. As soon as I upgraded, I ran into an issue, so hit up Customer Service and within 30 seconds I was connected to someone who guided me through it (it was a silly error from my end). The CS rep, [sensitive content hidden] , was very very helpful! She even gave me some tips as to best practices for setting up. Apart from the amazing customer service (which you don't see too much of nowadays), the product is amazing.. I signed up to it on the basic plan 35 days ago, and the product has increased my email deliverability so much that I decided to purchase the larger pro package. What a great product.
