ChiroUp makes keep up-to-date with the best clinical practices simple and efficient. Clients also love receiving super informative reports and exercise videos.

There should be a text area for clients to free-write any additional feedback when the surveys are sent out to collect outcome data.

I'm impressed with their materials and information as well as their constant upgrades to the site. It has greatly improved over the past few years and expect to see continued improvement from the team.

The exercise prescription platform is helpful for patients and streamlines my rehab processes, but I find that the clinical resources, research reviews, marketing materials, MD communication, and webinars are more valuable to my practice. This is so much more than just an exercise prescription platform.

The cost is expensive when comparing other platforms and you have to make sure you are setting aside time to actual use the additional resources and information to get full value out of the higher monthly subscription rate.

HEP, ADL mods, clinical review and follow up. MD DO other HCP communication, love the PDFs for pts, I print out laminate and post in office as well as hand out and send to those in need. Love the up to date research blog, priceless. Love the customization blocks for sending other info. Happy with all attributes.

Integration easy. My only beef is sending info email only, need text capability. Would like more options to send pts all intake forms, Hx , Ins, initial outcome ass. All one fell swoop. Maybe soap notes soon? Hate mine on my emr, and my old ones are on the way out. EMR ???? With all this too? Hint.

My experience with ChiroUp has been awesome. The customer service has always been top notch.

I have been a ChiroUp user for many years. I liken ChiroUp to Igor, Frankensteins assistant. It helps me get things done in a timely manner. For example, if a patient presents with “tennis elbow”, I know I can use the appropriate tests for diagnosis and give them the appropriate exercise before they leave my office. It saves me time and is so easy to use. I recommend it to all my colleagues.

The one thing I would like to see with ChiroUp is the ability to link to my office EHR. This would save time by allowing me to do everything in one program and not have to duplicate patients information.
