Significant Value Add to my Practice
I'm impressed with their materials and information as well as their constant upgrades to the site. It has greatly improved over the past few years and expect to see continued improvement from the team.
PROSThe exercise prescription platform is helpful for patients and streamlines my rehab processes, but I find that the clinical resources, research reviews, marketing materials, MD communication, and webinars are more valuable to my practice. This is so much more than just an exercise prescription platform.
CONSThe cost is expensive when comparing other platforms and you have to make sure you are setting aside time to actual use the additional resources and information to get full value out of the higher monthly subscription rate.

Long time coming.
Great, reassuring, confident and humbling after 30 year DC career. Wish I could have been part of it, I feel dumb.
PROSHEP, ADL mods, clinical review and follow up. MD DO other HCP communication, love the PDFs for pts, I print out laminate and post in office as well as hand out and send to those in need. Love the up to date research blog, priceless. Love the customization blocks for sending other info. Happy with all attributes.
CONSIntegration easy. My only beef is sending info email only, need text capability. Would like more options to send pts all intake forms, Hx , Ins, initial outcome ass. All one fell swoop. Maybe soap notes soon? Hate mine on my emr, and my old ones are on the way out. EMR ???? With all this too? Hint.

ChiroUp is the assistant everyone should have
My experience with ChiroUp has been awesome. The customer service has always been top notch.
PROSI have been a ChiroUp user for many years. I liken ChiroUp to Igor, Frankensteins assistant. It helps me get things done in a timely manner. For example, if a patient presents with “tennis elbow”, I know I can use the appropriate tests for diagnosis and give them the appropriate exercise before they leave my office. It saves me time and is so easy to use. I recommend it to all my colleagues.
CONSThe one thing I would like to see with ChiroUp is the ability to link to my office EHR. This would save time by allowing me to do everything in one program and not have to duplicate patients information.

Best value around!
This has increased efficiency and professionalism in my practice and I will always include this program in my daily practice.
PROSI use ChiroUp daily to send exercises to my patients. I frequently send out as a care plan and I love the suggestions I can send. The email that is sent out and the app are very professional and personalized for my practice. I have the rack cards they offer out in my lobby, they look great! ChiroUp edited to include my practice info. I also use the social media feature and love it!
CONSI do not like the survey sent out to each patient.

Practice game changer
My overall experience with ChiroUp has been fantastic and is the best thing I have added to my practice in 10 years. It allows me to pass on vital and accurate home care exercises to my patients which boost their outcomes and their confidence in me as their provider.
PROSIt takes all of the guessing work out of creating at home exercise programs and keeps me up to date on the best practices for treating and managing the most common musculoskeletal conditions.
CONSThe only thing I would improve is for the end user and have a function that reminded them to do their exercises. Incorporating a push notification to their device would be helpful.

Excellent product that coordinates home exercises with office treatment
I'm able to streamline my HEP with patients since I work by myself in the office, and I need to be on a tight schedule with seeing patients. It's easy to send them the videos and recommendations for exercise. Once they try the exercises at home, on a follow up visit they can let me know which exercises/stretches were difficult or need to be modified.
PROSChiro Up is easy to use, the patients are able to download the app with ease or view from an email the exercises, condition, and recommendations to help at home. It's easy as a chiropractor to create a personalized program from the various exercises and conditions listed.
CONSI do not have any complaints at this time. I need to spend more time with the features so that I can get the full utilization of this app.

ChiroUp delivers the full package of Chiropractic office support.
We feel ChiroUp is a great fit for our office and consistent with we manage patients.
PROSI like the simplicity of the product. You can effectively and efficiently get important information to the patient. The content of the information is science based, excellent and user-friendly for both the providers in the recipients of information. They continuously are improving the product.
CONSI do not see any major cons with the product. It did take a while to catch on using the product. We still are challenged at times trying to find information within the software.

Great software
This software is great to use when setting up a stretching and exercise routine for patients. Patients enjoy seeing the videos and it makes the patients more compliant. The education section of the website is top notch
CONSI wish it would show modifications of the stretches. Some of the stretches modified are great for patients that might not be able to do the full stretch or exercise, but are working up to that point.

Nearly Perfect, but also still improving
Experience has been great. It’s been fantastic to see the company grow and continue to expand the features.
PROSThe condition references, testing, and ease with which I can send reports to other healthcare providers.
CONSI wish it could interface with my EHR to take out a step in creating reports and communications.

Worth every penny
Once set up is complete, ChiroUp saves myself and my staff time in prescribing exercises. It's also extremely useful for patients. They love that there are videos included.
CONSSometimes the standard instructions for stretches are too complex for certain patient types. However, for those, I just change the instructions.

Great product
I signed up during pandemic. They couldn't have been more helpful than they were at integrating into my practice. Amazing customer service experience. Constantly upping my skill set with evidence based evaluation and management tools.

Chiroup has great educational options for the doctors. The exercise and condition reports are golden when explaining to patients what's going. Its gives the patients more knowledge

Very pleasurable, not disappointed
PROSPatient initial report of findings with exercises saves me time.
CONSMore diagnoses for extremities and wish treatment frequencies and length of time is an option to turn on rather that having a set number always showing up and it has to be turned off with every report.

If you are a chiropractor you need ChiroUp
The software delivers on all promises, the support staff are quick and responsive, the user interface is intuitive and easy to learn I recommend it to all my colleagues.
PROSFrom sharpening my clinical skills to sending home exercises to patients ChiroUp does it all. We have been using this software for over 3 years and consider it a vital part of our pratice.

It has been excellent. When I run into a question, a staff member responds quickly!!!!

Love it so far, will re-evaluate after the year contract is up.
PROSLove the explanation of conditions, the recommendations and clinical resources
CONSI struggle with prescribing some of the recommended exercises for older patients. I would like to see more geriatric exercises. If there was a way to have suggested exercises according to age, that would be great and save some time.
