Great prescribing program, especially for the cost

I have used numerous prescribing programs in the past and this is by far the easiest and most responsive one, and the customer support is absolutely outstanding. Also affordable to add prescribers and easy for office staff to determine what has been sent in, etc. for patients calling with questions or for prior authorizations

PROS

Terrific customer support, always call back within minutes if critical, very responsive to suggestions (they added a field where I can prescribe controlled substances with a "do not fill until" date line), easy to use on computer phone or IPAD, good prescription history, even tells me patients RX bin number for prior authorizations when the patient doesn't know it (finds most patients quickly with SSN), easy to add pharmacies not listed including military and specialty

CONS

I wish it was attached to OARRS so I could look up med history in same place

the ECW support was atrocious and they acted in a demeaning manner because I am not super computer savvy and even with all that, they were also very expensive

New user. Tech support very helpful.

PROS

I choose Dx script because it's a stand alone eRx option that is a reasonable cost.

CONS

The thing I liked least about DxScript is likely not in their control. There are multiple validation steps to get to EPCS capabilities.

Reason for choosing DxScript

I choose DxScript because of the tech support/sales people were quick to answer the phone, easy to talk to and gave direct and clear answers. Switching from my previous system to my new system was involved and made palatable by the helpful and readily available tech support people. I haven't started using the product for prescriptions yet. I did finish the training process and it seems easy enough for me. The setup validation steps were involved and had multiple steps, and would have been much more difficult without instant help from tech support. Thankful to the team.

Veradigm prices went up $40/user.

You are VIP!

I can rely on them to take care of what we need. They are super responsive, knowledgeable, and patient, all with exceptional customer service. They make it so easy.

PROS

Aside from DxScript being user friendly, the expeditious response absolutely impressed me! They are on top of it and get it done, and done right! Every time I have spoken with any of the team members, it has felt like I am their only client.

CONS

Discovering DxScript so late in my career, our practice would have run much more efficiently with DxScript.

A life saver!

Excellent!

PROS

In our busy lives, we often forget to take the time to thank others for their time and hard work. Nowadays, it can be challenging to find the right fit for what we are looking for with endless available options. I am a small business owner in the US with a true specialty niche and was in need of a platform that could handle my complex prescriptions with ease. Of course, on a budget and not a big tech person, I found DxScript. [sensitive content hidden] and his team was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and most of all explained the process making it a very easy transition.[sensitive content hidden] is always available to troubleshoot any difficult prescriptions and assist me with any questions. Thank you, [sensitive content hidden] , for your time and efforts! DxScript has truly exceeded my expectations!

CONS

An extra step is needed to write for discontinued medications, which only makes sense.

Amazing Product and easy to use!

This company is very easy to work with. The product is very well designed. I have enjoyed working with this company and also using the DxScript product. It was definitely a great decision to go with this product for our ePrescribing and EPCS needs.

PROS

This product is easy to use for providers, which is important to the practice. The company also has exceptional customer support. They are quick to respond and very helpful whenever anyone has any questions.

CONS

There really isn't anything I don't like.

Medical Office Experience

Great and basic software for medical offices.

PROS

NextGen has all typical areas for adding demographic information and basic medical information for appointments.

CONS

The messaging feature would be more helpful if each correspondence could be saved to the chart (of course edited) and then attached to the official medical record.

Excellent e-prescribing software

I am able to see more clients in a day now that I'm not writing out prescriptions or calling pharmacies.

PROS

Very easy to use and the staff is very prompt and helpful with any concerns!

I worked with [sensitive content hidden] for two days in a row, and he was nothing but friendly and very kind despite me know nothing about computer software at all. He is definitely an asset to your company and personally, I would promote him as soon as possible.
