Easy of functionality makes life easier

It has been very good I am just starting at my new job been there for 2 months but love that we use Juvonno.

It has made the process of checking in patients billing them looking at their records very easy.

CONS

Sometimes the billing can’t be void easily.

Third time was the charm!

I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect software for us, and used two other programs before Juvonno. Their sales team was amazing and was so patient with all of my very detailed questions. I really wanted to make sure that this was the right one as I didn't want to have to switch again. They have a great support team and they are always willing to listen to suggestions of how the software can better work for you.

PROS

I used two other clinic software programs before deciding to switch to Juvonno. Neither were a great fit for our clinic. Juvonno has ALL of the features I need, including all integrated billing platforms. It is very user friendly, has a fantastic patient portal with online booking capabilities, excellent MVA treatment management features and is highly customizable to make it work the way you need it to. We have a very large clinic so I also really like the J-comm feature that allows team communication right in the software. Two-way texting built in is also a rare software feature that I truly love having!

CONS

My only request would be to have different description options for services for online booking. Patients don't often understand exactly what they need to book when we need to have insurance-related descriptions for services. We have a lot of complicated service options and this would help to make that easier. The form customization is a little complicated, but they are there to help and once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier.

Reason for choosing Juvonno

Aesthetically pleasing, easy to use, amazing features that I am still discovering daily, but most of all because it had every feature I needed already built it!

Reasons for switching to Juvonno

Neither software worked well on its own for the complicated nature of our clinic and services. Juvonno seemed to have it all and from my experience thus far, it does and I am incredibly happy with it.

PROS

Juvonno is easy to use with a load of features! Bills MB Health. Simple display, online look up.

CONS

We had trouble setting up MB Health which lead to some major issues. We also find the direct billing of Telus Health not as clean and easy as just doing it manually with the other insurance companies.

Juvonno bills Manitoba Health - this is not offered with any other modern EHR system. So THANK YOU!

Has potential, but needs better management

Good software, with a not-so-good team behind it.

PROS

The software has massive potential. It does have a lot of good features, like fax, text, and more.

CONS

Has quite a lot of cons. Support is almost non-existent. They have a "number" you call, but it just goes to [SENSITIVE CONTENT]phone, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], and in the 2 years we have been with them, not once has he picked up. The system also has so many glitches and constantly has issues, and they never acknowledge them, but instead blame you and say "you just don't know how to use it". E.g. the internal email and text buttons have randomly disappeared. Recently had an issue with the invoice descriptions not showing up on invoices, and they claim it has always been like this, when it has not. They do make you crazy sometimes because they keep denying things even though you and your 13 staff members have used this feature a million times, then when it randomly disappears they claim this feature never existed. They really, really, really need to improve their support and customer service skills. They need to hire more people, have a real dedicated line to support because you will be dealing with at least 1-2 problems a week with Juvonno.

You are correct that our toll free number can get quite busy which is why we try to recommend to use our Support Chat system as our response time is very fast there. The issue with the communications features being hidden temporarily was due to the extensive system update to all the communications features including an improved security model for those features which was outlined in our update release notes. I will talk to support about improving their communications with you and your team to ensure a more detailed explanation of changes is sent to you. We are currently working on a complete overhaul of our online knowledge-base with the addition of more video tutorials as well to hopefully help with support and improve your experience with our software. Nothing, we would never recommend this to anyone. Stick to Jane or any other system.

CONS

They will make you sign a one-year contract and not release charts unless you pay $2500. We will be speaking to our lawyer.

Juvonno is 20 years behind in charting. Have lots of features that are not working or partially finished.

Great product, easy to use

Experience has been great! Fast communication. I asked ALOT of questions and was always provided quick solutions.

PROS

My absolute favourite part is that when adding a charge to a patient, I can easily search the item - do not need to search exactly how it is written. I have used other systems and if you do not type the product word for word, it does not come up. Easy schedule creation for practitioners, can easily update and create new schedules with an end date of the old.

CONS

When you save, it does not keep you on the screen. I think it would also be nice if you could stay on a "patient profile" when you click the patient in the schedule.

Reason for choosing Juvonno

I use Practice Perfect at another location, and based on the size there are some benefits to it. There are things I like about both systems; however, for this clinics needs Juvonno was a much better option.

Edit anything you want

No complaints. Support is incredible, truly supportive. Feedback is taken well and implemented. Updates and constantly being made and the program itself is my first choice of EMR.

PROS

My biggest issue with other EMR softwares was that they were very restrictive, and what you could and couldn’t do. The ability modify, deny/allow, create through Juvonno is exceptional. Juvonno comm is incredible, it allows you to communicate among staff members, communicate with patients, send out newsletters and much more. Overall a very versatile program.

CONS

When you’ve reached maximum number of licenses allowed, the system doesn’t automatically log users out. It leaves them as inactive, that ends up clogging up the available users. It is not currently mobile friendly.

Reasons for switching to Juvonno

It had happened before I joined the company but I believe the change was due to a recommendation from a very successful chain of clinics in Ontario.

Sarah, thanks for your review and your feedback. Just a quick note: you can adjust how long a user has before they automatically get logged out after not being active in the system. Go to Settings > General > System and under the Other section adjust the time duration in Session Timeout. Once the user gets logged out a license will become available to other users. Juvonno Review

It's an overall good experience to use, but best used when you are working with a multi-disciplinary clinic. Then you will get the most use of all the features.

PROS

Juvonno has a TONNE of customization, which I loved. You can customize your invoices, the way your online booking looks, almost everything. There are many features and options that you have access to.

CONS

The price is very high, but it offers a lot more features than it's competitors, and even the price can be customized to an extent, by contacting the company via phone.

5-star experience. Juvonno is constantly releasing new features and updates with taking the consumer/user's suggestions in mind. Support during times of need has been met and been a good experience. Integration with Telus Reports are mostly great and informative Quick patient fall off list for reference. Invoice editing available by administrative users Communication with support staff when assistance is needed. Text messaging integration is phenomenal! Easy invoice splitting to multiple payers.

CONS

No directly billing integration with WSIB as of yet. Would like Resource selection to copy over to future appointment when booked from last. Need better online booking control for physiotherapy scheduled with different appointment time lengths. Clinic Summary Report has discrepancy in first column of revenue values, does not equal correctly. Comprehensive Sales Report does not include HST even when selected box "include HST" is selected. Would like a way for appointment reminders via email/text to speak back to the software once the COVID screening is discontinued. Waiting for SRFax to be integrated. **Hoping Sun Life will have an API built to allow integration to your software soon!

Reason for choosing Juvonno

At the time Jane did not have Telus Intergration for e-claims which is a big seller for us. We have 25-40 appts a day and 80% of our clients have benefits through a Telus payer (this has changed since Sun Life moved over to Lumino Health). All of the reporting tools you offer and the fact that it's a web based software and not something we have to download (giving all users/practitioner ease of access).

Love at first log in

The staff are amazing to work with. They listen, take feedback and always work to make the product better for their clients. It is a unique experience to give ideas for system improvement and see them happen!

PROS

The ease of use and customization for our services and practitioners. There is an ability to create and individualize services, charts and rates for our practitioners, yet keep the uniformity of our brand.

CONS

The ability to par down restrictions for users by action, as many were combined with others. However, this is something Juvonno continues to work and develop.

It was more cost effective and their ideas for future development let us know we were dealing with a company that was looking to improve, not maintain!

There were many reasons, but the biggest was we needed a single system for a multi clinic organization. Juvonno's cloud based program allow better access and sharing of information between our clinics and providers.

We have evolved together, and it keeps getting better!

Overall we are very happy with Juvonno, and look forward to continuing our relationship.

PROS

Juvonno has been crucial in the growth of our Company. Having our clients be able to do their own bookings, and then also communicate with their practitioner, and save their documents, like Doctors notes, and treatment plans not only makes our Administration job easier, we know that the files and documents will be safe. Being able to create marketing material, send mass emails and review all the accounting, makes this program essential for any business.

CONS

It does take some time to get used to all the features, but I find that the online help is great, and Juvonno is constantly upgrading, and giving you the opportunity to learn about all the features. There is not lack of information, but as a business owner, it's sometimes hard, because we have lack of time.

Great Company, Great Product

We love it and our patients love it. We love it because it makes managing our clinic so much easier and simplifies or eliminates many of the repetitive daily tasks that go into running a clinic. And our patients love the modern new experience that we can offer them -- with beautifully designed email receipts, a secure patient portal, automated email reminders, etc.

PROS

Where to start? It's easy to use, has excellent modern features, is safe (data fully encrypted), allows us to customize the way it works for our clinic, and they keep improving it and adding new features to keep it up to date. Another big thing is the fact that they brought in our data from our old software. This is huge, because we couldn't just start over from scratch. We have years of appointments, patient records, invoices, etc. that we needed to securely bring into our new software. Not every company was willing to do this because it takes extra work. But Juvonno did it, and we really appreciated it. Having to face the idea of moving our clinic to a new software was daunting, but moving to Juvonno was a great choice and very worth it for us. Highly recommended!

CONS

A few hiccups on initial setup & data import, but they supported and helped us through the process.

Run your clinic with ease, with Juvonno.

I have been a Juvonno user since 2010, I am incredibly happy with the program, the Juvonno team, and what the software has become today. I recommend it to anyone who is in a busy clinic and needs simplification or even a clinic starting out, (which was myself) to get rolling with a program like this early on has prevented any complications that I'm sure we would have experienced otherwise.

PROS

The software takes care of all of your day to day needs when it comes to scheduling, accounting, direct billing and more. Their tech staff are FAST, and very helpful. It's extremely easy to use, and easy to train new staff. They are constantly improving the software and I'm always excited when we get an update notice.

CONS

If there are any features that I feel Juvonno is missing, or features that I would like to see in my own clinic, you can make simple suggestions through the software that they bring to their development team.

I attended a presentation where the owner spoke of his product, Juvonno, he was intelligent and inspiring and so willing to help and learn about my business and I was sold on the spot.

Huge disappointment

Horrible, great ideas but saying or calling it a Beta system is actually too strong of a recommendation paper forms are more appealing

SR Fax integration is great and easy to use

Workflow, no smart forms, charting is horrendous, changing patient names with the same phone number is not acceptable, being forced to sign a 1-year contract to a substandard EMR, every practitioner complained about the charting.

Juvonno is not just a program, it's your personal loyal assistant.

As an admin of Physiotherapy office, I use Juvonno basically for everything that my job requires me to do. From scheduling appointments to billing to insurance companies, it can't be done without Juvonno.

PROS

The program is very easy to use and It doesn't hurt your eyes, especially after long working day of staring at the screen. From the very beginning of using the program it's very clear what is where, and optional ways to get the same task achieved is very helpful.

CONS

When you open patient's profile in the new tab, would be great to see patient's name on it, so you don't have to open each and every tab, because you end up with many of them during busy time to find the one you're looking for.Also when entering an adjuster's phone number, there's no option for phone number extension.

Avoid it

These guys are fraud. They took whole years advance payment for my 5 locations and promised me if I didn’t like it will refund if decided within 3 months. 1 month later decided I did t like it they only gave back $2700. I gave them $6100. Theif. Be careful never give them wholes years in advance. Month by month so if you do t like it you can reject it.

CONS

They are the Cons. They will say one thing on the phone to get your business and then will write in invoice please read small print policy. Will take them to small claims to show how bad these guys are and can’t get away with it.

Dear Clients, Prior to selecting any software you should always read and review the Terms of Service. We post this on our website, on our invoices and require the client to review and electronically consent to them prior to beginning with Juvonno. We also offer a discounted rate for annual payments which was taken advantage of in this case. We work hard to help our clients with their onboarding. We supply training hours, data import services (usually takes between 3-4 hours per clinic) ,and Q&A sessions for the clinic. When implementing a solution, particularly for a multi-clinic implementation you should ensure you have a staff member who has the time and skills to manage the project and more importantly will show up for their training sessions. We are willing to support our clients as much as possible to achieve a smooth transition. Implementing a new EMR system is a major endeavour. We focus on building strong relationships as we know our clients will use Juvonno for years to come.

Juvonno is great for growing businesses!

Juvonno is a very well thought out product, with process flows that match our business requirements. We are able to build our own reports and add reporting features which has helped our business grow by better understanding our Key Performance Indictors. The Juvonno team is responsive and very professional. We would recommend Juvonno to any business that would like to have the stability of a solid product while having the flexibility to add features as a business grows.

PROS

Juvonno has so many features that has helped our business grow. It is like they anticipated my business growth needs. Our favourite part of Juvonno is that we can create custom work flows and custom reports myself, without technical help. This has allowed our business to stay nimble as we grow.

CONS

Juvonno has a lot of extra features that we do not use, and we will work with Juvonno to turn these features off.

Juvonno has a beautiful user experience. Juvonno was also able to easily add our custom forms. We were also able to brand the system with our logo, which was important to our clients.

Juvonno - One year in

A+ review from me!

PROS

Our transition from our previous software to Juvonno was very easy. The system is intuitive and very user friendly, the customizations we have needed have met our requirements and been implemented quickly, access to training materials is excellent and the Juvonno team is easily accessible and very supportive when questions/ needs arise.

CONS

No concerns - we are still building our use to include many features available to us. Great experience so far.

Juvonno Launch

Overall it has been fairly smooth. We love all of the features and look forward to learning more as we go.

PROS

Online booking portal, price, cloud based and innovative.

CONS

The set up is quite cumbersome and extensive, and we are working through all of the settings, but will be worth it in the end! Less reports with more info on each would be ideal! I would suggest having more staff to train, as it just seems like there is only one trainer.

An excellent product very happy user

PROS

The online scheduling and patient booking is great charing also amazing

CONS

Some hiccups with data transfer and there is a learning curve but these issues are not juvonno issues just general challenges when upgrading software
