Best Scheduling System
Overall very impressed and glad to one of the initial users.
PROSMyStaffSchedule is very easy for admins and staff to use. It’s easy to read and print daily cards. We use this to keep track of breaks and lunches.
CONSI’m wish I could navigate the months easier on my phone. It’s probably user error.

myStaffSchedule Review
Ricky has been great to work with. He listens to your needs and offers ideas and solutions. He has also been open to suggestions/requests and often implements new features quickly. Questions are answered quickly and communication from the MSS team is great.
PROSI liked that is is very user friendly. I can easily create new schedules or make changes to existing schedules on my own. Adding new providers is quick and easy. Each schedule is customizable to fit the needs of that facility.
CONSNo complaints that I can think of. Most issues have been resolved.

Needs monthly view to make changes
Alerts through text and email. Repeating functions
CONSCan’t view month and make changes at same time. Can’t set future schedule without staff seeing

Rye - Thank you for the review. All suggestions help us improve our product. You can change the schedule view to be up to 28 days. Go To SETUP, then Schedule Configuration, Change the 'Number of Days' box to 28. This will give you almost a month of data to view at a time. I hope you have a big screen. 8^) Also, we just released a manual publish feature. In Schedule Configuration, change the Publish feature to Manual. Schedule changes that are pending will appear with a yellow border. When you are ready for everyone to see changes, Click the publish button to right of schedule. Again, thank you!

Simple but does 98% of products 10x the cost
Very easy to customize or make changes with schedules without going through any buildout

Cost and it still did 98% of what product far more expensive did while having the flexibility to self buildout and immediately implement
