Overall very impressed and glad to one of the initial users.

MyStaffSchedule is very easy for admins and staff to use. It’s easy to read and print daily cards. We use this to keep track of breaks and lunches.

I’m wish I could navigate the months easier on my phone. It’s probably user error.

Ricky has been great to work with. He listens to your needs and offers ideas and solutions. He has also been open to suggestions/requests and often implements new features quickly. Questions are answered quickly and communication from the MSS team is great.

I liked that is is very user friendly. I can easily create new schedules or make changes to existing schedules on my own. Adding new providers is quick and easy. Each schedule is customizable to fit the needs of that facility.

No complaints that I can think of. Most issues have been resolved.

Needs automation for providers to pick up shifts

It's awesome to pull up your schedule from anywhere that you have your phone or computer. It's also easy to see the accuracy of scheduling employees and verifying that everyone has an equal number of early out or late stays per week or year. Everyone can see the entire schedule and understand who they can swap with...if needed.

I'm addicted to constantly checking to see when my boss has given final approval to a vacation request. Mystaffschedule will notify me when the approval has been made, but I can't resist checking anyway :-).

It is not integrated with our payroll platform.

I LOVE MyStaffSchedule! The program itself has been phenomenal, and the customer support from [sensitive content hidden] is unparalleled. It is incredibly rare in today's culture to have a supremely functional program AND exceptional customer support. I cannot say enough good things about MyStaffSchedule, and will use them until I retire!

I love the online accessibility, perpetual rotation, and real-time updates.

I wish there was a way to update the schedule for both parties when a swap has been approved. I also wish there was a background notes area to keep track of rotational holidays (I schedule out who's off and who's call for holidays in four year cycles). It would also be helpful to have a small note section in the daily card.

Converting from a paper schedule to an electronic schedule has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. It has made managing my staff's schedules immensely easier. Staff members also enjoy access to realtime schedules throughout the department. I couldn't imagine going by to the old way of doing things.

The only challenge I faced with the transition was learning the "ins and outs" of the scheduling software. This challenge, however, was offset by the excellent customer support provided to me when I entered into this transition.

I have a positive outlook on this program and would recommend it to others.

I like the format of mystaffschedule. I can view multiple employees on one page/ grid. It is very easy to manipulate certain aspects of an employees designation or availability

I would like there to be an app for mobile devices.

This software has taken our department into a different realm. Our former process was so dated. [sensitive content hidden] has been exceptional in his support of our transition. He is incredibly bright, knowledgeable, and always available for consultation. He has made an outstanding product available to those us in our profession of Anesthesia.

Easy of use, accessibility, expedited scheduling. Having "at a glance" access is phenomenal.

No complaints at all. We had full support, making what might have been a very painful transition, simple. The change has been exceptionally well received by all staff members.

I appreciate that myStaffSchedule is user friendly even for those who are not tech savvy. It also allows for each schedule to be created for the specific needs/requests of each site.

Initially I was concerned that switching so many people and sites to a new scheduling system would create a lot of problems. I was pleasantly surprised with the eagerness of most users during the transition. It definitely helped that we were able to customize particular requests while maintaining the details relevant for the bigger picture.

It has been a complete game changer for my department. Easy to use and extremely convenient!

It is so easy to use and has changed my staff's lives! This is something we use daily if not hourly. We don't ever want to be without it!!

Seeing the big picture of overall staff scheduling and personal calendar is a nice feature .

It seemed daunting at first with the amount of information it contains , but now I can glance at it and take away a vast amount of information.

I enjoy having an accurate up to date picture of our facility staffing.

I haven't had any bad experiences with the app yet

Can see current schedule for day and week, see requests, look ahead to vacations and when could submit a random day off

It defaults to the wrong date every time when opening app (January 2023)

I like being able to see who is available to work and if someone is off that day I am not bothering them on their day off.

Slightly difficult to navigate on my phone all the time
