Great experience that helps us automate and track many critical points in our business, such as automated questionnaires with alerts for customizable score thresholds, integrated intake paperwork and document signing, full EMR capability including billing and superbill generation for clients, and an electronic insurance submission tool.

Very well suited for ketamine treatments and mental health therapy, but with enough extra capability that I can use it for any medical record I need to create. The team is very responsive to any issues and is always looking to improve their product.

The few stumbling blocks that exist are minor and are things the Osmind team regularly reach out for information on what can be improved and how. Currently, the option for clients to self-schedule is critical for us and is why we use a different scheduling system, though the Osmind scheduling option is otherwise great.

I am looking forward to a better experience with Osmind, starting with a better and presentable output when printing the Clinical notes. It would also help if the patients can add pictures to their journals, and upload/ attach the images of their ID cards during the intake process. We are geared towards a better System for integration so we do not have to utilize separate softwares for the items previously mentioned.

The ability to easily communicate with our clients, the ability to manage all our Clients' documents in one place, and having all the important information that is useful for Mental Health Care makes this software stand out.

We understand that the Osmind technical team is always trying to improve the software by making revisions and updates, but sometimes, the good things that we have been utilizing are scraped off on the next update.

It's a great idea with poor execution and there doesn't seem to be any real value to it over other offerings that are less buggy.

I liked that in the beginning, the developers of Osmind were interested in creating something dynamic and valuable to ketamine clinics. After 2 years, I am losing hope. It seems that they are more concerned with their own revenue flow that with providing a user friendly dynamic system for medical professionals that may not have much experience in the clinic setting.

That they doubled the monthly subscription without offering any realy added value

I have been able to streamline the tedious part of a private mental health practice and feel more confident in having my paperwork in immediate order. I also love having my billing in one place as opposed to 3 different apps to complete the process. Lastly, the customer service and care that the Osmind team provides is top tier. They are responsive, helpful, and so far have gone out of their way to make sure my transition to a new EHR was as easy as possible.

Since using Osmind, I have been able to organize my work-flow to complete notes immediately, invoice, bill, and send super bills to clients as they request. I have multiple evidence based measures available that clients can complete as needed and I'm able to share their progress and results seamlessly. Clients have found receiving appointment reminders extremely helpful.

As the program is still relatively new, there are some client self scheduling work arounds that I have needed to use. This is only a temporary Con as the Osmind team reports future changes.

When I was beginning to use the software, there was always someone there to answer my questions. They are improving all of the time and the upgrades have made the platform more and more elegant.

It is amazing to have a software platform specifically for those of us in the ketamine business. It contains all that we need without a huge amount of data that only crowds the space without impact.

Wonderful! The customer service staff are priceless! The program is visually appealing, easy to use, and ever evolving! I love how I've only used the program for about a year, & several patches have already came out improving the functionality! Invoices and Superbills have been nicely overhauled. I have heard good things from the user end as well!

Ease of use and visually appealing. I love how easy it is to basically play around for a few hours and know most of the details about day to day operation of the program.

There should be a section for lab entry. Also, medications are not easy to update. I want to be able to put these things into the program somewhere, but easily access them from the patient note while I'm documenting. For instance, put the note to the side bar and browse other sections in the chart without closing the note.

Overall, the ease of use, as well as the VERY prompt customer service, has me recommending this product to anyone I can of! Any time I have ever had an issues, or I have an idea that would make things easier, they are so prompt and really take into consideration the user's opinion. I am not sure if it is used for other applications besides Ketamine administration, but from the Ketamine Clinic aspect, it has been perfect!

I have used many EMRs and this one is hands down the easiest charting system I have encountered.

There is really no con with Osmind, as anything that ever comes up is dealt with so quickly.

It’s been great. Love the customer service — always gotten a hold of them within a day or the same day. They are committed to improving this product. We’ve only had one day where we were unable to access the EMR very easily due to server problems. that’s a pretty good track record

The app is excellent and I love that I can have clients fill out baseline measures and follow up measures easily through the app. This then becomes data They can be shared with the client to show them their progress and can be easily shared with the practitioners that share the client. The data than can be turned into an output file for research purposes.

I believe all models of the software all should include smart texting templates. It’s very tedious to hand write things and all other EMR software seem to include those as part of their base and tree models. I also don’t appreciate that I cannot modify the intake form and I hate that the medication’s need to be then entered by the physician individually rather than being Approved from the patients intake and then auto transferred over into the chart

I love how easy it is to use Osmind, the UI is sleek and simple. I have been enjoying all the new features that the Osmind team work hard in implanting such as scheduling, pt tagging, color code etc.

What I like least is that it is a fairly new system, so there are a lot of tweaks that need to be made but the support team is extremely responsive and very helpful in helping our practice resolve 100% of the issues. You can tell that the team is working hard at improving Osmind. I also dislike the inability to send patient records to other providers directly.

Loading patients into the system is easy, and there are a lot of resources for the patient once they sign up. The charting process is made to be easy and it continues to improve. Wonderful customer support.

I would like there to be the option of more customizable templates for certain types of patients that incorporates narrative text into the template. This could take the form of auto populated text that could be manually changed, or a drop-down autofill option so that practitioners could more easily start new patients. I like the option to copy from one treatment to the other, but starting a new patient is sometimes onerous having to rewrite narrative that largely is similar patient to patient. I'd also like to be able to incorporate my Merchant Services account into Osmind instead of having to rely on theirs which utilizes Stripe who in turn has some of the highest fees in the industry.

I would love to have an option for regular IV charting- we modify Ketemaine IV infusion for regular IV nutrition. I believe the Osmind team is working on this. I would also like to be able to bill insurances directly from Osmind, again I believe that they are working on this as well.

So far pretty good we will continue to use in our KAP ketamine assisted psychotherapy practice.

The use and ease of it, especially for our patients. It has been great for scheduling appts and managing our digital medical records. It has become a bridge into their own mental health awareness. It truly is incredible, to show them their very own progress. As the creative integration director I couldn’t be happier to have our patients use the journal feature - Over all -we love using this product in practice.

The only thing has been about the log in sometimes - we do hear from a few patients that they are sometimes unable to sign in and completely looted out — when they go to do their mood scores for us within the app — but Anyway it Could be a wifi issue or human issue though etc. so not so sure it was even the app.

overall, the simplicity of the tool is great, it's just the charting and the look of the medical records that takes away a part of it.

The charting can do better. We use Osmind for our patients medical records, however, when printing, the tabs or clickable icons still show up making the print out look unprofessional.

I have been very grateful for this system and enjoyed the continual improvements and additions that Osmind creates.

-Having the ability to use our forms along with the pre-packaged templates -Extensive options for psych assessments and measurements for ongoing patient evaluation -pre-filled templates for progress notes for both medical and psych (these notes have so many variables and options it provides a professional and extensive note that easily pre-loads and easily adapts to each session ongoing) -all the customizable features... the list is long!
