Assessments play a major role in my work and I need them in my daily work-life. PsyPack has been helpful in fulfilling the role of a handy tool that is quite easily accessible from my phone or laptop, is quite pocket friendly and has many features that I've been able to use to improve my professional practice and also evidence based.

User friendly, illustrations of the scores is apt, psycho education part is beautifully expressed for the client to become more self-aware. Graphical representation is exceptionally done.

Some more scales can be incorporated that goes more with the college population.

It was good and I had a free trial. Where I got to explore some of the features but overall the value wasn’t in line with what I need for my personal practice.

A lot of the assessments are ones that I can find for free online and there were not any in their database that I use on a regular basis that was worth paying a subscription for. That is just me personally however

It is simple and user friendly.

It is very customer friendly. It is very helpful for clinicians to do the assessment and interpret it. Also, helpful for the client or patient to do a self-assessment and get immediate test results. The software provides a psychoeducational component and some important suggestions that later clinicians can explain during the psychotherapy session.

It is more descriptive and some components are not really needed for patients.

The assessments are extremely easy to administer via telehealth.

They are still in the process of adding additional assessments.

I enjoyed using Psypack and it's easier for ny clients to use it as well.

The ease of deployment of test and how test results are reported.

More psychological tests should be added.

In an age when I have to sit on the phone with others for 1-2 hours and multiple times, PsyPack staff respond immediately, follow through same day and then, follow up! I’ve not seen such great care before!

This is easy to use and the team efficiently has seen to each detail to make the explanation to the patient clear, the results quick, and for me, the outcomes lead to effective and efficient treatment.

I have not found any problems about the software.

I appreciate the accessibility functionality and integrated graphics that are built in to the products. I dislike the financial burden of purchasing assessments and although clinical psychologists are trained to utilize these tools, must pay to have them and purchase tools in order to help our clients and work to the maximum of our capabilities.

What I love about this program are the variety of test they offer and how they make it simple to use and get results.

Now the cost and the ability to save work is something this software needs to work on.

There is nothing to say from the critical point of view. Overall experience has been wonderful

The customer support has been phenomenal. The software is very simple to set up and use and provides great information.

We had a few minor issues but they were quickly remedied by the support team.
