Room to Improve

Qliq still has room to improve. Recently there has been an increase in downtime.

PROS

Qliq makes creating chatbots fun and it is fairly straightforward to learn.

CONS

A couple of things were over-promised and under-delivered.

Reason for choosing QliqCHAT

I also demoed Snap Engage and Next Patient. Qliq had the best demo process by far. They took the time to understand our business and write a very thoughtful proposal.

Secure Messaging made easy

Overall Qliq is a great product that is widely used and appreciated by our staff.

PROS

The application is easy to use and learn. The installation of Qliq on both desktop and mobile devices does not take a long time. Customer Service is relatively quick in responding to any issues. The features such as escalated notifications, urgent flags, group/broadcast, and delivery notifications are great. Our organization has seen a significant improvement on response time when using this application

CONS

On occasion when you have the same account running on multiple workstations/mobile devices some messages received are not sent to all workstations/mobile devices. Qliq Customer Service is quick on resolving this issue.

Good for small users

Homehealth communications with field nurses.

PROS

Its a HIPPAA regulated messenger for home health with encrypted messaging and file sharing.

CONS

Expensive, the charge per users, plus sending pictures is not clear, i wont allow to upload a higher quality picture or bigger files. For amount they charge they should update their app for a better quality.

Wonderful option for Healthcare communication

Our team loves qliq. It’s just as easy as texting but safe and secure for our needs. We use it daily to relay information to our team.

PROS

Easy to use. User friendly. Quick response. Little to no issues.

CONS

There isn’t really anything wrong or that I didn’t like about it.

Hippa compliant

I use this app for my job as a nurse. It’s easy to send pictures and videos. Very reliable and serves its purpose well

Would definitely recommend, a MUST for healthcare businesses!

PROS

Simple, clean, easy to use interface, doesn't require any kind of training as it feels pretty much like the controls on your iOS or Android phone. The photo and video option are a big plus for our business and it works across all platforms seamlessly. Excellent background information and FAQs available on the website.

CONS

Not really any cons to the software or its performance; it's just difficult as you implement it. For new patients, it's simple, as we introduce this as the primary method through which we'll be communicating; for existing patients, it is more difficult to get them to conform.

secure team messaging

PROS

I like the secure aspect of this messaging app, as well as the ability to reach multiple groups across the healthcare system.

CONS

If multiple users haven't "bought in" to using it, the purpose can be defeated in the sense that they are not available within the app to message.

Excellent for secure texting

I have clients who needed to submit pictures of insurance cards, and other private information, who mainly use there cellphone for these tasks. The ability to be able to print entire conversations, including pictures, from the main computer is monumental. These conversations can also be stored on the computer in secure files. Needing a password to access this program is an added security measure. Having customer service respond to issues immediately, is also awesome.

PROS

Love the ability to be able to print entire conversations from the PC. Also like that I can send texts from my computer to client's cell phones, securely. Can send secure attachments. Chris, who is my customer service rep was helpful in getting my account set up.

CONS

Had difficulty in getting contacts setup. Clients were not sure on how to finish the setup instructions. Was a slight learning curve as I kept forgetting that to manage my account I had to log in to my account online - not try to make changes through the app.

Secure Messaging

Our users enjoy using Qliq to share secure messages and photos. It's helped speed up the process instead of sitting around waiting for an email.

PROS

One of the major pros about this software is that it is HIPPA compliant. You can also send secure messages and photos.

CONS

If you have users that are holding out on using then its not as seamless as it should be. You know total buy in from users.

It could be better

PROS

- Very secure with patient info! - Nice that documents can be shared - Face ID recognition capability - Can be synced across more than one device

CONS

- Incessant alerts are beyond excessive and annoying! - Typing in a message can be cumbersome, like if I want to go back and fix my message it makes it very difficult as the cursor constantly goes back to the bottom - I don't like that documents uploaded automatically delete so quickly

Great notifications, easy secure texting

PROS

Notifications on mobile are prompt and especially clear with a pop-up window. Multiple layers of security.

CONS

App regularly purges old messages. There does not appear to be a way to modify this in settings. App frequently has "vocal" alert when cell service fails.
