HOA Grove is a Great Solution and customer service. Effective, simple, reasonable.

Excellent. We love the customer support!

PROS

Simple and intuitive use, priced very reasonably. Customer service is outstanding. As a volunteer on my Board, the program needs to get the job done without a steep learning curve. This fits the need perfectly.

CONS

We are working with the developer as small things arise. So no real complaints- they are able to adjust features as needed.

HOA Grove looks great!

PROS

I really appreciate the small HOA pricing model. I live in a condo with a very small HoA (only 3 homes) and as such many services don't cater to us.

CONS

I'm not sure I know of a specific thing that is a con here yet.

Easy to use, effective and affordable HOA software

PROS

Super easy to set up the community by myself, customer service extremely responsive any time I had a question.

CONS

They don’t support managing violations on the site but support says it is coming soon.

Great, easy to use software for our HOA

We wanted modern HOA software that was easy to use for managing the community. HOA Grove really helped us with that!

PROS

The team at HOA Grove are very responsive and helpful in getting our neighborhood set up. The software is blazing fast compared to the previous system we used. We also love that the website for the community was really simple to set up!!

CONS

We had to make some changes to our architecture review process in order to work with their workflow, but we're using it very successfully now!
