Overall this is a great product for anyone whom is looking for a easy to use team collaboration software that is very user friendly.

So, far my overall experience is that I like the app and look forward to more implementation on future projects and taking advantage of some of the tech support offered from your team.

I enjoy how user friendly it is and the solid templates. That said, more templates.

I did not find anything that stood out as being hard to use with this software.

The multitude of integrations is also a great help.

It is really hard to say. I think Integration with MS Teams.

What I like most about Lucidspark is the greater team collaboration it provides.

Of Lucidchart I really appreciate the ease of use and versatility that makes it possible to create even complex and articulated diagrams.

Upon first glance, I thought it would be difficult to use.

Great for running digital workshops and brainstorming ideas.

This software is amazing for aggregating information and ideas and cataloging them in a meaningful way. I love how you can connect similar ideas and information to see connections and relationships.

The only issue I found was no in regards to the software. More to do with the password reset option.

Clean and simple User interface, great tool for collaboration or just personal brainstorming. Very helpful as the team is all remote now and they need to see things.

I'm pretty happy with Lucidspark. It helps me visualize my projects, process flows and data sets well and efficiently.

A wonderful program that I would recommend to anyone who is seeking a way to organize and display their thoughts, plots, or plans.

I tested  various products when we were looking to standardize the tool across our organization. LucidSpark had the features we needed at a good price point.

The infinite canvases are great and being able to live present/annonate amongst the team is so useful.

There is no better way to demonstrate how you can bring value to the most important stakeholders for your business- your amazing customers.

Additionally I was not able to find any option within the tool that I could use to test the tool with a small crew or an option to use it with my whole team although with limited functionality.

Our collegiate team was placed in quarantine mid-season, and we used this software to help run tactics sessions with our players through Zoom.

Intuitive and user friendly. Easy to assimilate new users and integrate prior work into the format document.

It is also difficult to zoom into certain post its if they are outside the main board but on the same screen. Zoom functionality is weird.

The features are pretty intuitive, although we also did not try to do anything super advanced.

Downloading the date for offline use takes time, It sends download link on registered email id.

For all of my creative brainstormers, Mural is the place to kick off new and existing product development. I love that Mural offers different templates for people to get started from where they are.

Awesome platform for visual collaboration like eg remote sprint sessions, UX artifacts. Personal productivity like eg Moodboards.

Mural has been especially great tool to use during user interviews and workshops where you want to engage everyone and get feedback and ideas from every individual in the group.

And it's hard to have a consistent typographic hierarchy, because text scales with shapes, and there's no other way to control type size.

M using Mural to map our customer journeys and it was so easy to learn right off the bat. I am so impressed by how intuitive the platform is.

I can't think of a single thing I dislike about Mural.

Support from the mural team to help us explore new ways to effectively collaborate (not just use their software) have been compelling.

Particularly great for usage for design thinking sessions or activities where you want everyone to participate.

You will accidentally click on someone else's view and it will take you a second or two to figure out what you did.

Because of the savings in cost / time due to virtual work, it more than pays for itself, AND it helps to keep the teams connected and brainstorming together.

It works better on laptops/desktops but the best on touchscreen​ devices. A dream setup would be giant touch screens in all the locations.

Mural has been great especially for brainstorming and collaborative activities during covid and with non co-located teams.

The price of the product is indeed affordable enough for any size of company and also a great intuitive for progressive companies of the world.

Really easy to use and very powerful features with deep layers of functionality built in. Feels intuitive and powerful.

Another feature that is my most favorite is its integration power that enables me to integrate with all the useful applications of my interest in a very unique way.

The main strength in my opinion is the ease of use and interaction that the tool allows. It also allows you to easily collaborate and share your ideas, not forgetting the graphic presentation.

It's elegant is display, intuitive in UX and powerful in import (templates) and export (data). Integration and side by side use with Office 365 suite seems flawless.

The mobile and tablet usage of this software is very difficult to use. For instance on mobile there is no landscape viewing, only portrait orientation.

They are constantly on the leading edge of how you can get more from their model and their platform. If you do any design thinking or want to make decisions transparently and quickly...get Mural now.

In the past, I have disliked the lack of feature parity between web and mobile versions. That has recently improved.

If we want to do an exercise, for example, that requires virtual 'sticky-notes' for brainstorming process improvements, Mural facilitates this process seamlessly.

Mural is very intuitive and helps organize thoughts.
