Definitely full featured, but a little too pricey to be used for stand alone in house Corporate use, really designed more for MSP's.

Automate is feature rich and great for managing our clients desktops and servers. We love the ability to do patch management with this tool.

The remote program is really good. Very simple and quick when a caller has called in.

Again, I suspect due to the years of bringing the tools together, Automate seemed to somewhat stall/lag on added features for awhile.

With the big rebrand and integration with ConnectWise Manage the duo are now all that much better, complementing each others previous, non-focused features.

Overall connect-wise automate is a great tool for our environment to monitor our customers systems.

It allows tons of customization and enhancement to increase its power. There are also tons of free and paid integrations that even make it work better.

The format of the software and also how it keeps you updated to current events going on. The layout of the product is great and easy to understand.

It's been positive, but I would recommend shopping around to get the best tool for your firm.

Single place to manage your workstations. Great patching product, great control product, awesome scripting engine.

Automate struggles to manage devices across subnets that other platforms seem to be able to do with ease. So bad that we had to bring in Auvik to do this task.

I really like the remote control portion of the program. The ability to remotely patch servers and client devices is excellent.

My complaints aside, Automate has been a good investment for us.

Great customer service, with a large knowledgebase to assist in answering questions. They've been around a while, they're the best in the business.

This software's scripting engine is hands down the best. I recently saw the new interface that is coming to align the product more with Connectwise's main product is really nice looking.

The product is poorly designed for the user experience. The UI is not intuitive, so finding what you can do makes developing solutions difficult.

The desktop software can be sluggish. Rolling out Third Wall was very rough.

We are running over 800 devices  is Moki control and the platform has been very robust. No unscheduled outages in the last 24 months that we have been on the platform, great reliability.

Moki's lack of responsiveness does not support your viewing experience in iPhone and only nearly in an normal size iPad.

Sometimes there is a delay on the dashboard when I process a change.

The best features to have with Moki is the overall ease of use.

Earlier we had some problems wh the product interface but with time and regular updates all the troubles got disappeared.

Moki sometimes has a long delay when I do updates and I don't see accurate information on my screen.

Easy to setup and update devices. Moki created a custom low data version which made the use of mobile data possible.

The basic use of the platform is simple enough in a computer. It is easy to check all the vitals in one or two views, which is great and the scalability to manage larger networks is made easy.

Easy enrollment process, feature and facilities to ensure remote control and CMS.

To manipulate the Moki Total Control tools is very simple and through its good and stable performance i was able to save project time.

The device controls and monitoring options are easy, and the reporting features are helpful in many ways. It is an effective mobile device management solution for businesses.

I would say that Moki is an enhanced add-on for your average MDM (for Android at least), in that where your MDM might fail to provide the features you need, Moki can fill that void.

Overall, I am very happy that I chose this product. I highly recommend it to other business owners as well.

Sometimes freezing can occur and the price is disheartening plus it is limited only to mobile.

Moki has recently been more engaged with their customers as they look to expand their services, which is good to see after they went a few years without any new major feature releases.

Every worker sees the same kiosk, the same apps, and has the same user experience, which makes it much easier for IT to support.

Only Moki Total Control gave us everything we wanted and needed, was affordable, and by far, the BEST customer support I have experienced in my 20 years in this industry.

My experience has been great. Customer Service has greatly improved.
