  • Pros

  • I love how we can keep our customer kiosks organized and easy to find when we need to troubleshoot them.
  • It is incredibly easy to use as it can be accessed on any device and everything about it functions really well.
  • Cons

  • As of right now, it is clunky and confusing to use.
  • A few procedures are a bit hard to figure out.

  • The best part in my mind is the option to use Miradore for free as long as you want before deciding to spend money on it.
  • Free tier included a decent feature set. Integrates with AzureAD and Windows 10, amongst others.
  • Cons

  • Installs sometimes fail for no apparent reason.
  • Also, there was no warning when installing as a device admin that Miradore cannot be removed without a factory reset.
