I have used EventMobi on several occasions and love it for its ease of use for us and the attendees.

I love that you can make changes instantly - whether on your own, or with assistance from customer support. The follow up is always excellence, whenever I have had questions.

You can collate survey data on speakers and sessions into very nice pdf reports or excel tables. Customer service is fast and excellent.

I was with the team that evaluated this software for an event. The team decided to move forward and the event was successful, but many features were underused.

Being restricted to everything being linked to an email address.

Between the platform's ease of use and responsive customer service, we had a seamless event app integrated into our meeting.

Also, each time  I imported the agenda spreadsheet attendees profiles were lost - Eventmobi has since fixed this issue.

Everything in the software is very friendly to new users, the software is very well built so that it doesnt crash even though using it in a high demand event.

We've been using EventMobi for our past 6 meetings and we love it. It's very easy to add your meeting info (schedule, speakers, attendees) and there is a lot of customization as well.

Eventmobi is very user friendly - from start to finish it's intuitive and easy to use -  making changes is also easy - everything is fast and customizable - it's terrific.

The benefits of using EventMobi have been greatly realized at our events as it has cut down on printing costs and time associated with printing, etc.

I would advise in the future to refrain from responding to Admins in an emotional tone as it creates a negative  vibe, that myself as a customer should not have to encounter.

Great personalized itineraries for everyone, and alerts that reminded everyone of certain things (ie. where they had to be, dinner updates, etc).

Some people get confused when trying to load the web page to their home screen or download it from the app store, but that can also be attributable on some level to user error.

I also liked that I could have my virtual team in a green room, and I could be with them, but not impact the front end.

He only problem with EventMobi is that sometimes these events happen in places where connectivity can be hard to access, so having no internet connection ruins the purpose of the app.

The ability to develop it to suit our individual needs. Very little training or expertise is required to input data and manage the APP.

It does rely on users downloading the app and having access to wifi or wireless data. Some conference centers have poor cell reception.

Very happy with the support we've received and how well it performed.

Content Management rather easy and efficient, even for less experienced users. Ask a question to speakers, document sharing, map integration are my favourite features.

The USI software is very flexible and can be customized to the users needs with some time and financial investment. The team of USI professionals are very knowledgeable and supportive of the software.

Overall our experience has been very positive. Ungerboeck has revolutionized how we deliver events; significantly improved our efficiency and helped us better analyze our information.

Customers also had trouble finding the information needed and registering for the courses, leading to lost revenue through lost customers and more time spent registering customers on the back end.

We are able to better track our clients, payments, contracts, bookings etc and the integration of all this information into one system saves us time on a daily basis.

With some inputting on your part, it can track, hold and spit out reports with ease,  but also with a quick glance inform everyone of everything happening in your space.

My overall experience with Ungerboeck has been great. They are always so great to work with and helpful in realizing new projects and ideas that we may have for our institution.

She has even done some work that I am sure should have been done by us but she did it quickly and without hesitation.

The customer service that we have received over the past two+ years, has been awesome.

I have used Ungerboeck since 2014 and moved up through v19, v20, and now v30. The software has come a long way and I am happy to be part of the Ungerboeck user family.

Momentus Technologies is a robust system, so having the ability to break the system down into sizable and usable chunks is an excellent way for individuals to learn the system quickly.

Also, one of the biggest weaknesses is that there are features I didn't know about, and have learned about in webinars, and have to ask to have them turned on for me, and for each individual user.

The ability to provide online trainings and support has been awesome. The new certification program is helpful as well.

The support team (Catey Pomeroy in particular) have provide answers to our questions quickly.

Slow and duplicate entry. Many entry field get confuse to choose for what.

VenueOps is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate and quickly ascertain what you need to do in order to achieve a certain result.

Software has capability of handling complete Exhibition process from start to end. It is really user friendly and easy to setup.

I find when I am training new users they automatically try certain commands due to the intuitiveness of the software.

I love the ease of access that Ungerboeck has. Most actions are intuitive.

Some limitations and lack of flexibility with customizing and constructing reports make for occasionally confusion report generation.

Sometimes understanding and getting to a point where an average user can fully use the system is difficult.

This affords us more time, which results in more revenue. It is a very user friendly product and has many characteristics and habits of windows.

Ease of use, easy to install on-premise, excellent documentation and support. Company is always open to integration and customization.

The ease of having everything in one place is fantastic. Prior to this I used Opera Sales & Catering for 3 years.

Implementation of new versions and fixing little system bugs can be sometimes difficult, due to the fact of individual configuration and set ups.

Overall is very good and also the New Vers. 30 is very promising and looks really amazing , and we are looking forward to start using it soon in the very near future.

It is extremley flexible and can be adapted to individual business needs, it is user friendly and also easy to learn and to develop for administrators.
