Whilst using the platform there have been several problems with the customer service team where we’ve heard different stories about particular features.

Features and functions are very easy to use and understand. Love everything but the point that I cannot integrate third party APIs to the app.

The integration of various API and good for designer. Its a good platform for designer who need to design apps.

I dislike thst i paid for the Premium Service and the APPY Pie logo destroys my Splash Page at over £600 paid.

Also the alarm on my radio section is so not needed and I do not know how to take that feature off.

The features are awesome. The membership card and loyalty system alone is great but now to add it in Augmented Reality and your own store is awesome.

I managed to add everything I wanted to my app. The tutorials are great, they make it super easy to guide yourself through the website.

I do not like the letter limit. When you are having an engaging conversation it is very frustrating having to keep it under 160 characters.

It does feed in from RQ, so if the information is wrong or you don't have the customer information you have to do some research.

Reassigning campaigns is extremely difficult because it's not a mirror image of the accounts page. I looks and works completely different.

Sometimes , some data is missing or not accurate.

From an admin standpoint the reporting is very clean and easy to use. I can get the info I need whenever I need it to analyze ROI, where I need to improve, and what is working well.
