  • Pros

  • Product is super easy to use and the Cdyne Wiki is very helpful. I like that we get constant updates on any maintenances and updates when any delays have been resolved.
  • The best thing about this software are the support team backing it up. Extremely responsive to inquiries & requests.
  • Cons

  • The software is easy to use but there is no customizable branding in it.
  • There are some down times that hurt our revenue basis.

  • We used a few others before discovering Loyal Zoo. The transition from my old system to Loyal Zoo was amazingly simple.
  • Really easy to use, Value for money aswell. We have built up a huge customer base via loyalzoo.
  • Cons

  • Lack of customizability for each shop unless paying for a full year up front.
  • Seeming inability to restrict sales to walk in business only. Our commercial customers and off premise catering customers also get reward points.
