There is nothing about this software I don't like.

TextDrip is a great, easy to use texting platform. They have great demo classes and customer service classes as well.

The software can become laggy and ineffective if you do not archive conversations regularly. After 500 responses, it becomes difficult to navigate the software smoothly.

The only con I can think of when using this is if your number gets blocked by carriers, it may be hard to know at first.

There is very little to dislike about Text Drip.

I can have Textdrip on my phone and be logged in to reach out or respond to customers anytime, but I can log off and disconnect just as easily. The software is so easy to use and navigate, I love it.

Great tool to use for all aspects and very effective and easy to use, compared to some other tools that I have used, this is by far the simplest to use.

I like the ease of dripping...basically a set it, and forget it. It runs itself and the price is VERY affordable.

Also, not sure if this exists either as I am new to the software, But a way to resume drips once automatically stopped due to a response. I apologize if these features are already implemented.

I have used pretty much every texting platform and text drip is by far superior. That platform is so easy to use you can be up and running in  minutes.

Simple enough to use, but terrible customer support. I can't take off my CC in the system.

I used to have to hunt for cards, and the odd time a card would be misfiled or ended up paperclipped to another customers card which caused frustration.

Seeming inability to restrict sales to walk in business only. Our commercial customers and off premise catering customers also get reward points.

Integration was very simple and easy to launch. What I like most is that I can use the least amount of personal information possible and the mobile sign in is awesome.

The bouncing back and fourth between our till screen and the loyalzoo screen can be a pain.

Integration with Epos Now was an absolute pain.

Great that it is integrated with our system and loyal points are automatically added per transaction.

People generally forget what they used in the first place and sometimes it creates confusion with missing points due to the multiple accounts.
