  • Pros

  • Jira has all the necessary tools that make a good service desk. Users can file requests by categories and it automatically gets assigned to the support person responsible for the job.
  • Integrations and automation with other systems make a very useful and fluid toolbox that actually makes life easier.
  • Cons

  • When there are large about of mini-tasks some of them can get lost. Unable to merge issues to another project.
  • Confusing settings requirements for some user modifications needs (esp. where mapping/editing workflow schemes are concerned).

  • Customer Service has been very helpful in setting up my company's platform and the platform itself is very user friendly.
  • What I like most about this software was the ease of use and how fast we were able to implement this program into our medical practice.
  • Cons

  • Pop-ups but i think that was more my computers fault. I don't believe there is anything that I dislike about this program or feature.
  • We have found no significant issues with the HIPAA Compliance Software.
