  • Pros

  • The commitment to constantly improving the product only make me want it more.
  • Combine Dash board for all PRTG core Server. Service Level are amazing.
  • Cons

  • Deployment poses a challenge with all the sensors and reslly no identifier for some - but the catalog is exanding.
  • Its hard to find something, set up the notification hierarchy, small improvmnet in notification email looks.

  • Excellent contract control (billing). Ease of configuring the workflow for ticket management.
  • Here at ETH we like TiFlux because it solved all our ticket management problems, in addition, it helps us to charge our customers correctly and fairly.
  • Cons

  • Something that I dislike is the fact that after the first configuration it is very difficult to change several settings as the old records are stuck in these settings.
  • Some details are still missing to assist in product configuration.
