No pulseway uninstall utility available. Built in uninstaller does not remove all traces of the app.

Mobile app features are carefully considered; they did not try and cram every feature in. Devs are active, responsive, and helpful in the forum.

The UI is very friendly and being able to customize the notifications like storage space and sending us alerts when system resources were reaching a certain limit.

Mainly because I am a total noob with PS and prefer to learn from others.

Notifications do not automatically go away when one has been triggered and the situation that caused the notification is no longer present.

The support staff is very responsive and are always eager to help solve problems I may have, or teach me how to use the new features.

The dashboard used as an info monitor in our Helpdesk, so we are aware of any issues, in a matter of a few minutes. Patching servers is super easy.

Support tickets ignored, unable to even log in due to an error in their systems. 2 weeks withodut access is enough to shut a place down.

Pulseway caters to what really matters most to me in all the important areas, and its support staff has demonstrated ample interest in helping me grow my business.

It has both a dashboard application that runs locally as well as a Web Interface. Remote access and control are good.

Since I use Pulseway, the feature that i mostly like is its easiness. Pulseway provides effective and user friendly monitoring solution specially from the phone app.

Missing some killing features (e.g. manage licenses, pc's ownership, etc). Some pc's information should be available when they're offline.

Overall im happy - looked at other RMM providers and so far im happy to stick with Pulseway.

If there were one downside it would be support, they're friendly and fast, but I've always felt they blame me first, rather than look inward.

Its all there, easy to get to and easy to control. Also, Pulseway offers Webroot as a AntiMalware option.

Promised functionality never came, regular downtime and outages, poor performance.

It's a good product once you get through the learning curve. The product admins are eager to make the product more effective and efficient at helping you manage your client's networks.

Every added option has a cost. This makes it very difficult to cost price for taking on new customers.

After using it for 3 years, N-Able was a frustrating experience.

Nothing really, it frustrated me , until we found Datto , amazing company.

I have been extremely impressed with N-Central management's willingness to help ensure our deployment is successful.

They are asking me to buy Licence’s and I have refused. We are social distancing and this has made it stressful for myself and my customers.

The monitoring agent broke our customer's network.

I have dealt with N-Central for many years and have repaired badly set up systems and worked it up from scratch.

For desktop support, asset management, machine information and patch management, N-Central is top notch. We've been utilizing it more and more in different areas as time passes.

N-Central staff has gone above and beyond what was expected to make sure our deployment is successful.

N-Central is very powerful and customizable. Configuration is very granular and allows experienced administrators to configure almost limitless monitoring.

Very counter-intuitive on instructions. Figuring out thresholds for alerting can be difficult.

Great tool for network monitoring, good at what it's built for.

This product has been great to use as we are migrating to it.

The patch management feature is far superior compared to any other platform I have used. They are partnered with BitDefender offering an integrated AV solution providing a true complete RMM solution.

It is hard to understand for the average system administrator to set up.

Overall, we have been very happy with the product. It does require some investment in configuration, but that investment allows for a very powerful product.

Over all they are very good at taking your money and over the years have been hard to communicate with. It’s all sales sales sales.
