Its a very good, smart solution, easy to use and no complicated, no need complex architecture to use and to be secure.

The interface was very difficult to navigate through. Deployment of agents was not the easiest and clients always reported that they were missing scans even when powered on 24/7.

The firewall administration tool is also simple to navigate and user friendly, which makes it easy to set up new rules or change existing ones.

It is so user friendly, Love the various plans I can choose from. Love the security it offers for all my devices, and great customer service.

Good product, MSP integration could use some work.

It's been nothing but sunshine and lollipops with Bitdefender. Truly, it is comforting to know that my devices are protected from hacks, malware and ransom.

Bitdefender is sometimes suspicious with files that may be necessary for usage in your PC and may sometimes block them which may be very frustrating.

For MSPs, the reporting is poor. Alerting on problems is very bad, there is no instant notification of discovered malware, just a daily report.

It is super, fast, does its job very well, light program, recommend it.

Great comprehensive security suite for the price.

I got a free version of it and have used it in with mobile and desktop version. The detectability is good and I find it quite fast than the older version I used with an improved detection rate.

It also allowed used to identify which computers where used regularly and at what times allowing us to identify cost savings via not replacing hardware or via energy savings.

Lack of web portal interface to run reports from. Limited ability to customise reports in default settings.

Really useful for adding additional security into a AD domain. Fills a few gaps in AD, which are really useful.

We found inconsistent issues with remotely-connected users (VPN) who were being blocked erroneously.
