The Most Amazing CRM and Team Who Works There
We are increasing donations and building better relationships with our donors. Auxilia has been amazing helping us do this.
PROSThe product is very easy to use. I really like the option to schedule and post Social Media posts directly from Auxilia as well as Email Campaigns and a welcome email. This is the best CRMI have ever used.
CONSSo far there is nothing that I dislike. I have found that all the features are easy to use and compatible with increasing our impact.
Reason for choosing Auxilia
Better onboarding and support as well as coaching. They have been exceptional in helping to build templates and set up donation templates. When I have a problem they answer quickly and help solve the problem. The whole team is amazing and has been really helpful.
Reasons for switching to Auxilia
Looking for a CRM Database that is user friendly and has an amazing staff to help with technical issues. A CRM that integrates with Social Media and Campaigns. A CRM that makes it easy to build and use templates.

Straightforward, User-Friendly Platform to Help Carry Out Our Mission
Acquiring this software was a huge milestone for our organization. Not only will the software help to evolve and carry out our mission that extends beyond our local community, the capabilities exceeded my expectations. Auxilia is a platform that offers a variety of different features and functionality. I also really appreciate the team being responsive and willing to answer any questions. It definitely worth the investment, and you feel as if you are a part of a great family and team!
PROSThe software is a very straightforward, user-friendly platform. We wanted a software that reduce our manual administration processes, track metrics for evaluation, and maintain our donor and contact lists in which Auxilia meets all of those requirements; plus the additional features including reporting, payment processing, social media interaction, etc. are an added bonus that differentiates from its competitors.
CONSWhen we receive a new donation online, there is not currently a process that will notify us (specifically via email).
Reason for choosing Auxilia
There are some products that offer one feature but not another. For example, Product A focused more having an interactive dashboard to display metrics to evaluation. While Product B focused more on reporting. Then Product C offered donor profiles for our contributions and maybe interacting with different social media platforms by having an option to create a post but not manage it.

Great Company Who Cares
We have only begun to scratch the surface with how much we can utilize Auxilia. They have incredible customer support that is willing to work with you and help you through any question and detail.
PROSWe appreciated how closely Auxilia worked with us to migrate our donor database into their software. We really enjoyed the data and ability to get reports that will help us segment donors within communication, including lapsed and at-risk donors. We also love the social media integration which makes it easy to post to all of our channels at the same time. The best part is that so many of the things we need to do are all in one place.
CONSThe learning curve to be able to freely customize the product to our needs was steeper than we had hoped it would be, though more and more features are being released every quarter that make this easier and more manageable.

Amazing Software
Overall, Auxilia helps us manage donors efficiently, provides solutions to automating tasks and the staff is supportive, friendly and super helpful with our fundraising efforts.
PROSI like the look, feel & functionality of this software. My favorite tool is the social media function. It makes my job easy!
CONSSometimes there are glitches in the use of the software. However, customer support is always available and they always quickly resolve any issue I may have.
