The Most Amazing CRM and Team Who Works There

We are increasing donations and building better relationships with our donors. Auxilia has been amazing helping us do this.

PROS

The product is very easy to use. I really like the option to schedule and post Social Media posts directly from Auxilia as well as Email Campaigns and a welcome email. This is the best CRMI have ever used.

CONS

So far there is nothing that I dislike. I have found that all the features are easy to use and compatible with increasing our impact.

Reason for choosing Auxilia

Better onboarding and support as well as coaching. They have been exceptional in helping to build templates and set up donation templates. When I have a problem they answer quickly and help solve the problem. The whole team is amazing and has been really helpful.

Reasons for switching to Auxilia

Looking for a CRM Database that is user friendly and has an amazing staff to help with technical issues. A CRM that integrates with Social Media and Campaigns. A CRM that makes it easy to build and use templates.

Straightforward, User-Friendly Platform to Help Carry Out Our Mission

Acquiring this software was a huge milestone for our organization. Not only will the software help to evolve and carry out our mission that extends beyond our local community, the capabilities exceeded my expectations. Auxilia is a platform that offers a variety of different features and functionality. I also really appreciate the team being responsive and willing to answer any questions. It definitely worth the investment, and you feel as if you are a part of a great family and team!

PROS

The software is a very straightforward, user-friendly platform. We wanted a software that reduce our manual administration processes, track metrics for evaluation, and maintain our donor and contact lists in which Auxilia meets all of those requirements; plus the additional features including reporting, payment processing, social media interaction, etc. are an added bonus that differentiates from its competitors.

CONS

When we receive a new donation online, there is not currently a process that will notify us (specifically via email).

Reason for choosing Auxilia

There are some products that offer one feature but not another. For example, Product A focused more having an interactive dashboard to display metrics to evaluation. While Product B focused more on reporting. Then Product C offered donor profiles for our contributions and maybe interacting with different social media platforms by having an option to create a post but not manage it.

Great Company Who Cares

We have only begun to scratch the surface with how much we can utilize Auxilia. They have incredible customer support that is willing to work with you and help you through any question and detail.

PROS

We appreciated how closely Auxilia worked with us to migrate our donor database into their software. We really enjoyed the data and ability to get reports that will help us segment donors within communication, including lapsed and at-risk donors. We also love the social media integration which makes it easy to post to all of our channels at the same time. The best part is that so many of the things we need to do are all in one place.

CONS

The learning curve to be able to freely customize the product to our needs was steeper than we had hoped it would be, though more and more features are being released every quarter that make this easier and more manageable.

We were looking for greater functionality in the areas of CRM and social media support.

Auxillia has kept us alive!

The best people hands down in a service industry I have ever worked with. Will be with Auxillia for a long time!

PROS

The people are the best thing. If you have an issue, you immediately will find a solution. From [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and all of his friends at Auxillia, they know what they are doing and truly want to learn more about your mission!

CONS

What is there not to like? Too many working parts? I don't like the color blue in the logo. Will that pass?

Amazing Software

Overall, Auxilia helps us manage donors efficiently, provides solutions to automating tasks and the staff is supportive, friendly and super helpful with our fundraising efforts.

PROS

I like the look, feel & functionality of this software. My favorite tool is the social media function. It makes my job easy!

CONS

Sometimes there are glitches in the use of the software. However, customer support is always available and they always quickly resolve any issue I may have.

The best DMS for NPO’s!

I work with a variety of NPO’s, each at a different level in terms of donor numbers, etc. This is perfect for all of them.

PROS

The ability to post to social media from within the app and see the analytics is tremendous. The templates are great, the ability to create your own forms and such is much easier than competitors. But by far, the best is the on-boarding experience and time the reps take with you—no question is too dumb and trust me, I have tons of questions. The unlimited users and unlimited contacts makes it a win-win for all.

CONS

Looking forward to text to give and whatever other great things they think of.

Again, chosen for all the benefits, bells and whistles. It frees up time for the NPO to get in front of donors and not stay behind the desk.

The most integrated donor Management solution that gets the job done

Non profit organization generally have limited dedicated staff and numerous volunteers. Auxilia makes sure everyone is working together towards the same goals , with the same information. In the end there are no surprises . We celebrate achievements and have feedback to address areas of improvement.

PROS

Auxilia makes it easy for an established or a start-up to build an integrated donor management system regardless of the size of the non profit organization.

CONS

I wish Auxilia had been around sooner. I would have achieved better results with our organization

The Auxilia Solution is tailored for non-profit organizations and covers all our communications and tracking needs. Its not an adaptation from another business industry. My expectation is that Auxilia will make a meaningful difference / improvement supporting our staff. Non profits seek to help and make beneficiaries happy. Auxilia has it all!

PROS

We have been using Auxilia for about a year for our non-profit and it has helped our organization tremendously when it comes to managing our events and donors. We went from a manual process of tracking donors and tickets. With Auxilia, we integrated the platform into our website so when we have an event, the attendees can go on the website, purchase their tickets, and we have full visibility into the process. We also have reports that we can look back and track our growth and benchmarks. The all-in-one suite of donor management is completely within Auxilia!

CONS

With any software, bugs happen. But anytime a bug pops up, Auxilia's team is ready to help fix the issue and find a way to quickly resolve it.

Streamline your donation management process

The Auxilia platform has streamlined our process for managing our donations. The system allows us to effortlessly drive additional donations through email campaigns. The customer support is top notch. It’s so nice to have reliable reachable people for any assistance that is needed.

PROS

The payment integration is efficient and effortless to manage and track all donations. It has been a huge timesaver.

CONS

There is nothing we aren’t happy about with the platform.

Auxilia is doing well overall and it an easy to manage donor management software.

PROS

The dashboard and campaigns . IT is easy to use or navigate in and it is very affordable.

CONS

I liked the whole integration process and team at Auxilia makes the process even easier with trainings and proper onboarding. So , there are no cons observed so far.
