  • Pros

  • They were timely in returning my calls and emails, and were extremely helpful in helping me customise the product for my organisational needs.
  • It was friendly, fast and effective. They considered my needs completely.
  • Cons

  • From time to time we do pick up on small errors or system glitches that interfere with live judging sessions - this tends to be related to 'system maintenance.
  • I hate that you can't search an entry by the user's name.

  • The team have been so helpful, they spent time talking through our needs and the software has been brilliant.
  • Administrator functions are very good and thorough. Ability to link and advertise with other users/events/networks.
  • Cons

  • The reporting is very complex and not very relevant to what we are looking for. The email system is not beneficial as you are unable to track past emails, which is often necessary.
  • Sometimes its a big confusing as to what happens after registering.
