Our organization puts all information about the proposals, grants and projects in the system. We keep all financial information about the projects there. The organization often generates the reports from HOPE for internal use and for donors.

It is very practical and informative software. This system unites three departments: program, grants management and finance department. Our organization uses this system every day for tracking the projects and grants, entering the detailed information about the grants expenses, etc. Financial department makes financial records, payments, etc.

Easy to use, clean design of software resulting easy use, no technical skills is necessary. It's a software with strong accounting functions, allows managing daily transaction easy and fast. Financial Reporting module is very strong- allows finance team easy and accurate reporting for management and different donors. Customer support is always helpful.

Hard to find anything in this software which I don't like.

The system generates reports of all kind that you might need. At first sight it seems non complicated but when you understand the principal, everything goes on easily. And I like the support. All the tasks are numbered and they are resolved shortly

Integration appeared difficult, But I guess users were not prepared to that change and the programs were not ready by that time. Yes , I would improve something. for e.g. Grant budget transferring within years.

It gives possibilities to provide management with BVA and any other similar information on regular basis.

It's very easy to use. If there is any kind of technical issue the technical support group fixes it promptly. The software generates different types of financial reports very fast.

Free journal entries consists of only 2 lines and if it is possible to add more lines would be much better.

While searching for payment you type name it would be better to have "go" button for using it for a new search, rather than clearing everything and typing new parameters.....especially if you are searching payment by 2 paramnets (name, amount).

Generally, I work with the contractors and issue the payments. It is very good program for logistic and administrative staff. All information is available there.

All foundation departments are united in the software and it is easy to share the information.

I like everything what I did there. All information about vendors and contractors is there. I easily find the information in the system.

The old (inactive)data is being retrieved along with the current one. I need to hide unnecessary information in order to get the proper data.

It is loading slowly and sometimes works slowly, that takes time to finish started job

HOPE is user-friendly. if you did any mistake you can't go to another step :) and also HELPDESK is brilliant

More time is needed for posting PRs. A lot of unuseful information is generated in the excel sheets.

Operations feature is a great tool to administer grants (including budget, installments, payment requests etc) and serves as a knowledge management tool with all the documents and attachements.

The organization switched from previous version of the software to the updated, current version therefore the integration was relatively smooth and straightforward. There are no particular aspects that I would outline as least functional.

Everything is at one place, program information as well as financial.

The major inconvenience that I encounter is the slow speed of the software; also, the thing that it isn't possible to view attached documents (such as Acceptance and Close out memos) isn't convenient either.
