Very easy to set up: their search function is easy to use and once you've identified your target organization, setting up a one-time or recurring donation is pretty effortless.

The analytics feature is pretty limited. You get monthly emails summarizing your organization's charitable impact, but it's just some surface-level numbers. Would be cool if we could dive deeper into the stats. Also, it would be nice if they sent you an annual summary of your individual donation(s). Monthly statements are available, but a year-in-review would be helpful for taxes and such.

Keeping the majority of our charitable giving centralized to one platform is incredibly useful and Percent Pledge is a great, trusted partner.

My company enjoys working with Percent Pledge as it is a great hassle free way to manage who is donating to charity at our company and keep track of our company match for the year. Customer service is great as well.

It would be nice to have more international organizations represented in the software as this is an issue our employees have raised most when using the portal. Also more company specific portal customization would be great for our needs.

Employees have a platform where they can easily donate and we no longer have to process for them.

As an admin that I am unable to see employees history. When employees come to HR to ask about their donations, if they have been dispersed, or if they have been matched, I am unable to assist. I cannot see any employee data.

Percent Pledge has been wonderful to work with around aligning the causes important to our employees and things Suzy wants to support. The team has been incredible from contract and onboarding to being in touch with our team about special events and even things we would want to consider around giving.

The ability to align the causes that our employees care about with the company, but also to react to global events in almost real-time.

The only thing I think could help is a mobile app, so employees can move around their charity choices on the go.

I really like the stories of how the various funds were used and the regular monthly updates we get from our various contributions. The annual summary is also wonderful to see as it helps to build engagement with the platform. I also really like the "cause credits" that we can give to employees are various anniversaries and new hire celebrations. A great way to welcome them to the company

Honestly - I really like it. I just wish we had more regular adoption and engagement within our company.

I would choose them 10/10 times, especially over bigger and more expensive software that has less responsive customer service.

The Percent Pledge team is incredible and provides a service that not only keeps us connected but makes sure we're putting our company growth to good.

The Volunteer/Match portal is a little buggy, but the team is always responsive and helps us through it all.

As an associate board member of a nonprofit, I've loved using Percent Pledge to easily get a donation match from my employer and make my contributions go further. I've also heard colleagues say they like using the cause portfolio feature if they know they want to support a specific cause but aren't sure of which organization(s) to donate to. I honestly feel like every company should have this partnership to encourage easy charity donations and matching for employees.

I was a bit surprised at how long it took to get the employee match processed. I also wish you could recommend other charities to your colleagues / have a social component where my colleagues can see where I've donated as a way to encourage them to donate there too -- or be able to add charities into Via's cause portfolio.

the database of charities is awesome and makes it easy to find charities that support all different causes. the steps to complete your donations are quick and easy and dont deter you from actually placing your donation

I really don't have many cons! maybe the ability to share/promote the spirit of donating on social media? not a necessity at all but could be nice to have an easy post to share if people want to spread the word.

From a user standpoint, the product was very straightforward for managing online donations.

Other than using the tool for donation management/payment processing, I didn't spend any time on the site. Not sure if there are resources available or other materials to incentivize more regular giving.

Percent Pledge is a fantastic partner for HR teams. They send out very timely cause portfolios around recent disasters or crisis, like responding to a natural disaster, to create a concrete way for employees to give via a vetted source. The service at Percent Pledge is outstanding. They use a Passion Assessment to help you structure your giving and volunteering program to align to both your employee interests and your corporate mission. I can't say enough good things about the individuals who have supported our account over the years. They go above and beyond to make the volunteering events successful. Since moving to a remote / hybrid model, it has been a challenge to organize volunteering, and I am so glad we partnered with PP so it didn't fall by the wayside as we moved away from an in person model.

The software is very easy to implement and to use. The dashboards give you a quick snapshot of what you need to know, and it is very easy to pull data (participation in events, matching, tax information, etc.). We really like the ability to create custom cause portfolios, and our employee resource groups have done this to great success.

There is not that much functionality within the admin panel for driving registration or engagement in the volunteering programs. It would be great to see that built out more.

As an individual user, I'm thrilled to know that the Percent Pledge team is like my team in giving. I know that in building the platform their heart is in the same place as mine when using it.

Percent Pledge as an online giving platform and donation tracking system is easy to use and transparent. Its ease of use as a giving platform enables me to make the largest possible impact within the constraints of my schedule, and its transparency as a donation tracker allows me to continue doing so with confidence.

Percent Pledge is far and away the best corporate giving platform I have used. The design is intuitive, I love that there are no fees on my donations, the database of volunteer events makes giving time easy, and the impact reporting is the best I have seen.

I have had no issues with Percent Pledge and love that the software keeps improving each month when I log in.

Percent pledge is great for individual donors who want to support a range of causes and manage that support more intentionally over time. My ability to identify vetted charities supporting causes that are important to me, coupled with the flexibility to manage my support of those charities over the year or years is greatly valued. The Percent Pledge experience is more fulfilling than one check to one charity annually.

I liked getting a tax statement for 2022, not sure I received one before.

Percent Pledge was incredibly easy to implement and we've been able to use it across different applications since we launched. As a user, the tool is extremely easy to use, support is incredibly responsive to vetting and adding new organizations and the tracking and reporting it offers means that we can responsibly manage giving campaigns without dedicated staff to support.

I believe that we have to contact Percent Pledge to setup new campaigns - it would be more streamlined if that were automated.

We've used other donation platforms internally and even tried to get away with doing a matching campaign using spreadsheets. And I can say Percent Pledge is far and away the most intuitive and easy to set up donation platform out there. We were able to deploy quickly without much training because the platform is so easy to navigate. The automations that come along with their donation matching platform took me only minutes to set up, and the best part is now Percent Pledge does the rest and all I have to do is look at the reports generated for me by Percent Pledge.

None that I can think of right now. I guess I wish of I knew of them sooner!

Percent Pledge is easy to use and lets me keep track of my annual donations and employer matching, so I get a clear picture of my impact.

Sometimes it was difficult to find the exact causes I wanted to donate to within the Percent Pledge portal.

this survey has a lot of sections that are not applicable to an employee that uses the product but is not the manager or HR coordinator for the product at the company.also I only use percent pledge a few times a year but monthly was the least frequent option, leading to misleading survey results.

It was easy for me to track how much I've donated and see how much my company is willing to match. It was also great to be able to donate to organizations directly from the site instead of having to go to other websites to donate.

It didn't have one organization I like to donate to, so I donated separately and added the receipt into Percent Pledge. Easy enough

This is really such a simple thing that makes it so much easier for people to knowingly make donations and do so more often and find things they actually want to give to or are passionate about. The ways you can look things up as well as places you can go an volunteer is really a cool idea.

My employer uses percent pledge and I take advantage. I contribute a small bit to activate my employers match and I feel good about the ease of use, recurring nature, and simple setup up.

There aren't features that I'd expect this software to have that it doesn't. I kind of set it and forget it, which to me is a pro.

It's easy to navigate, easy on the eye, and I can see its potential - I just think our company needs to increase its use and adoption.

The platform is easy and logical to navigate and has helpful charts which are motivating for donating in the future. It is also very modern and clean looking.

It would be amazing if volunteering opportunities based on location were uploaded into the platform so you could be aware of different events/opportunities in one place, rather than have to seek out. Perhaps we haven't got the software set up to its full potential yet, but I think it would be a huge benefit to make it easy for people to volunteer by listing local charities etc.
