Best Note-Taking App for Free
I have been using Google Keep for a few years now and it's going to remain my favorite and go-to no frills note taking software. It is also absolutely free to use!
PROSI love that Google Keep is free and can be easily integrated with other Google suite softwares. It is easy to use to take quick notes and/or to create a to-do list with dateline reminders.
CONSFor my needs, there isn't any features about Google Keep that I dislike or am missing. I decided with Google Keep after having looking into several other softwares and am currently quite satisfied with it.
Reason for choosing Google Keep
Because Todoist offered more features than what I was looking for which overwhelmed my experience. Todoist is a great product and allows for integration with other softwares like emails and calendars but it didn't fit my personal needs as I like to keep my emails and calendars separate from my to-do list.
Reasons for switching to Google Keep
Didn't allow for simple note taking without any form of structural restrictions. I was looking for a software that allowed me to make a to-do list and also take notes, all in one platform.

Google Keep
I love taking notes daily. Check boxes notes and colour coding my notes were probably what I liked most about Google Keep.
CONSRecently I have switched to samsung notes as there was an issue with using the phone keyboard in Google Keep. I did some research and found other users having this issue. The autocorrect would not work properly. Prior to that I would use Google Keep notes every day.

It was a normal experience. I tried a friend’s suggestion and did not find anything special about it
PROSIn fact, it was very ordinary and I no longer use it and did not find any interesting features in it
CONSIt is not smooth to use, I felt heavy when moving inside it, and its design and shape are not very stimulating

My everyday notekeeper
I can use it from anywhere and anyhow. Since it's connected to cloud, I can use it from any device and any place. We can add notes and check it whenever we want. I preferably use keep to write what I think or some ideas that spark in my mind that has to be written then and there or else I would forget about it later.
CONSNothing. I like how keep works and it's easy to use. There might be some new cool features can be added in future like ai bot or grammar and typo error checker.

Fast and sure way to keep notes
I use Google Keep to keep my important information which I know I would need to bring out quickly when needed.
PROSI like it because it has labels which help me to organize my work, just as I would with folders. It is also easy to collaborate with other contacts by simply adding an email address to the note being edited. The syncing speed is also perfect.
CONSGoogle keep has no option to add a checklist within a note. If I do, all the notes become a checklist. I would suggest that the checklist should not be entered as a separate entry but rather as a list within a typed note. It would be convenient that way.
Reasons for switching to Google Keep
I wanted an app that has a reminder and a space to write up my notes in an organised manner.

Review for Google Keep
It is simple and it does what it intended to do, for notes. I like the checklist where it shows a slashed text for the things that you already have done.
CONSIt is too plain looking. Putting a bit of design or feature will make this better.
Reasons for switching to Google Keep
Google Keep is better for mobile phones since it is simpler and the screen isn't flooded with options.

Free but at a cost
Being free to use is on of the biggest pros of this app. Not only that, it's easy to use interface and customisation for notes makes it very likeable.
CONSThe app crashes a lot. Imagine a note taking app crashing on you for just creating a to-do list. This issue has been there from the start of the app and it has yet to be fixed. Other than that, I feel that app slows down your device considerably if your using it on phone.
Reasons for switching to Google Keep
Doesn't crash as often as Keep and customisation is very to apply.

CONSIf you need a fully featured note app with every bell and whistle this might not be for you.

Google Keep. Essential app daily
I couldn't go a single day without using google keep both in my business and in my private life. It makes it much easier for me to take notes and organize my ideas. On my mobile I usually use it in its transcribed audio notes function to later develop the ideas that occur to me anywhere. Is fantastic!
PROSI think the most useful feature for me is taking audio notes from my mobile. Also the organization of all the notes by projects and colors makes it very visual.
CONSAny improvement in the on-screen presentation would be welcome.

A Great Basic Note Taking App
My overall experience with Google Keep has been really positive and would recommend it to others for quick note taking and management. There are few areas that can be improved but overall Google Keep is a really strong product.
PROSThere are many features that are great in Google Keep including multi device sync, quick add feature and the ability to add documents and files. The interface is really clean and minimal. Also, there are lot of good editing features.
CONSI think multi user collaboration can be improved in Google Keep, it is still not usable and can be improved. Also, notes management and organisation can be improved. Features like tags and folders can be improved to improve the overall feature set.

It is a good handy tool for day-to-day note keeping, but some more features can make it better
Overall it is great at what it is designed to do, but with more features it can be better
PROSIt's mobile app is excellent. Especially with the widget on the home screen of the phone, I can easily jot down my thoughts on the go. The seamless syncing with the desktop integration is also useful. The dashboard and search are very good too.
CONSNeeds more features and tools to let us better organize notes. With too many notes, everything starts to look like a mess. So like if we can group multiple notes together then that would be great

For easy notes anywhere in the world
I love the fact that I can access my notes from anywhere by logging into my gmail. Its easy to make notes which can be checked when finish. Great for supermarket, though I mainly use it to create a list of new words that I am learning with meanings which I can share with anyone at anytime.
CONSThe only con I found is that the colors available for each note is limited. I wanted each category of note to have its own color but that wasn't possible based on this limitation.

Tool that makes your life much easier.
It is super fast to create a note and to have in all your devices. And it's free.
CONSI don't like when I put a link in a note and google keep automaticaly creates a "bar" at the bottom of the note but also keeps the link in the middle of the text. I would be nice if you could select how you want you link to be displayed, like in Confluence.

What did I do before Keep?
Keep solves my problem of sticky notes everywhere, links saved to my desktop taking up space and forgetting where I put that ...
PROSI started by writing a grocery list and now I use it for all kinds of portable sticky note type stuff. I save links, numbers, reminders, all kinds of stuff. I don't know what I did without it! I can set up a note, turn it into a reminder, share it, add an image. Just love it!
CONSI use Keep with more than one Google profile. In cleaning up some confusion, I copied a note from one account to another, deleted the first one and then discovered that it deleted the one I copied. I fixed it and now I'm more careful about which account I put notes into.

best app to take and sync notes across multiple devices
I have had a lot of different note-taking apps and it seems like none of them can keep up with the constant changes. Google Keep is by far the most innovative, making it possible to sync notes across all devices seamlessly. The design is sleek and intuitive, and it's not clunky like other note-taking apps I've tried before.
CONSKeep lacks a lot of collaboration tools.

Simplicity At its Finest: A Great Note-Taking App
One of the easiest tools I have ever used; collaboration features are superb too.
PROSI like the fact that Google Keep can be used effectively and efficiently to take notes, record voice memos, save images and drawings, and create interactive to-do lists. All of that can be easily shared with others in order to collaborate in real-time.
CONSSome of the more advanced features found in other note-taking apps are still missing. Also, there are some limits like the 20,000 characters per note and the 50 label limit.

Google Keep keeps my sanity intact
It is extremely user-friendly, freely available and allows syncing with my PC/tab/other devices very easily. I simply update my to-do lists in the app on my iPhone and then freely check them multiple times a day from any device that has my Google account logged in. It cannot get better than this.
CONSNot a big fan of the annotation/drawing tool in the app. It could be better. This is the only area where the Apple Notes beats Keep.

Great Free To-Do List Software
I love being able to create various lists (and sub-lists) within Google Keep. You can easily color code your lists to sort them by type of list or client. I also like that you can keep your checked items visible so it's possible to see not only what's left to do but also what has been done already. I also like being able to share lists or tasks with other users.
CONSI wish it was possible to assign tasks to specific people on shared notes.

Keep notes and set reminders made simple.
Never misplace your notes or forget important events ever again. Google Keep allows me to take notes, set reminders and organize my activities. It has a create checklist feature which gives the ability to tick task already completed and keep up with planned activities. My favorite feature is the location reminder where I grant GPS access to the software and it will send reminders whenever I get to the specified location. Other useful features include changing background, editing labels, inserting photos or even drawing a diagram. Awesome!
CONSThis software goes beyond just being a note taking event reminder software. I have no complains.
