Best Fitness Software to Date!

Fitbudd has been great to date. I've used other softwares like Trainerize and Everfit, and I find Fitbudd the nicest looking and easiest to use. Also, the support has been out of this world. On the other apps, even during the trial, it took a while to get a response even by chat. With Fitbudd, I've been on countless calls during my prep phase, they provide resources, and they are always available to hop on a call...with a REAL PERSON...whenever I need help.

PROS

It's so easy to use, the interface is clean, and you get your own website thrown in! I am not a tech person, I'm just trying to use technology to execute my work. This is exactly what I needed to be able to serve my clients best!

CONS

I would like if there was a meal logging feature for clients to input outside of a set meal plan. As of now, I will have them do it all by messaging. I would like to put my 1:1 coaching service on the "Plans/Programs" page, where people can then be directed to the initial call, but I cannot do so without putting a price. As this is a high-ticket service, I'd rather not put the price on the web page, but only share it once the call is complete.

Value for cost was better, interface was nicer, easier to use

I needed a more attractive interface, I wanted to integrate my branding, and I needed a better exercise and nutrition set up for my coaching practice

Overall a good product

It’s fine. It could do with some added features as I’ve mentioned

Practical, covers most things needed, if they added a AI body scanning that would be great… it needs an assessment platform too

CONS

The jumpy illustrations… I’m not sure how this still hasn’t been fixed.. it looks unprofessional

All they care is to get paid not your development

Futbudd does not care if you are successful or not everything they care about how they are remunerated. No follow up on how the app is working. They can see on their platform, a mis payment, but ignore the performance of app with the company.

PROS

The fitbit, my god It is 2022, the context is complicated, for someone who has technical experience. Even me, getting a code from Google then God knows where, I haven't had time to go all around good to connect a simple fit it tracker. By consenting to connect to Fit Tracker, it is not necessary to go through all these hassles. Paying 99$ and yet you get a website is still branded with Fitbudd. The team wants to put you out there, once you provide whatever information to start your app, they lunch the with whatever information without verifying or improvement nor advice on how to make it stand out. In my opinion For this price per month, the design of the webpage should have designed more attractive.

CONS

The fact that the user needs to put the description of all exercises.

I like that i can hace my clients focus in following one app only. You and your clients can do everything over here

CONS

clients can't modify routines, they cant add exercise on their own

Still Learning

Overall, it's a very good system to use for online coaching. I have a been following my own program to work through the kinks and be able to coach effectively to my clients.

PROS

The ability to manage clients and communicate with them is great. The exercise library is extensive.

CONS

I feel a few features are cumbersome and have a few bugs to work out. to put it all together it takes a bit of learning, would be helpful to have some walk through videos.

I didn’t like the fact that there’s not a lot of variety when it comes to food. Especially if I were to meal plan, it’s not very effective to e but time consuming to put together a meal plan.

So Impressed!!

its been incredible so far!!

PROS

It is Super clean and user friendly!! All my clients so far are Super impressed and I feel good about giving high quality service. the backend is also super user friendly to set up programs and check ins.

CONS

Nothing really but I feel confident if I have a suggestion it will be heard and worked on implementing

I loved the fact that fitbudd has a function whereby they help you build a website and its very easy to do

CONS

it would be nice to have pre made training programs and eating plans loaded onto the software like the other apps have

Made me do A LOT of work to get started and hard to get help

I like that the nutrition is on the same app, that’s almost impossible to find

My clients get bored with the app even though I’ve given many suggestions to make the app more addictive to the user

Best app so far

I am new in this app but so far is the best I have tried.

PROS

Easy to use, intuitive. I like the resource feature. Minimalist, I love it.

CONS

I speak spanish. Not English fluent. It is difficult understand when I contact Support. I would love to have spanish support.

Good. Still learning

Setup took a couple weeks but they were nice to work with. But struggling setting up all my workouts and nutrition due to time constraints( takes time)

PROS

I love the branded app,and website but wish my website was searchable via web

CONS

Couple of thing the exercise library is not vast, setting up workouts takes longer than I would like. Nutrition tracking I can only see macros not what they are eating

Fell in Love with FitBudd!

I feel like I’ve been able to take business to a new level without struggling so much on the admin side. I find it easier to focus on client relationships.

PROS

I absolutely love how easy the software is to use form payment plan set up for your site, making workouts, applying meal and workout schedules to clients or automating things; everything is very easy to do. The client app is very simple to navigate as well, I feel like I have better control over my business.

CONS

There are a few functions that you may not get such as a community option like Facebook or being notified when clients miss or complete a workout. I wish clients could view a workout library themselves as well. I don’t think these things impact the overall quality of the app though as a lot of additions are coming, the developer team is extremely engaging!

Daily User - Mostly Very Impressed

Overall I love the platform and my clients are very happy with the functionality of it. Maybe some improved notifications on the user app would motivate clients to log in more frequently, such as exercise reminders, motivational quotes, or other prompts.

PROS

I love the user interface for FitBudd and the ease of use when designing programs for my clients, and a companion website through which to sell my programs and training packages. It is streamlined, they’re continually improving and adding new things to the platform, and overall it was fairly easy to get my clients on board with paying through the app.

CONS

Just a few small things missing, most of which I’ve found my own easy workarounds for such as needing a notes section in a clients profile, a better categorization system for the exercise library, and a more filled out nutrition section such as a recipe library. It is a lot of work to manually put in recipes for each meal a client is going to eat, and converting those recipes to imperial measurements. I would also love some way to integrate affiliate links to other products I use and get a kickback for when my clients purchase.

Review of Fitbudd app

The support at Fitbudd has been great. Its all been pretty easy to learn and get used to. For me its a time issue as someone who owns a studio. I would like to know all the ins and puts and I feel like im slowly learning with the time I have.

PROS

I switched from PT distinction because I love that my app would be visible in the app store. Its very user friendly and easy to look at. I like using this product.

CONS

I would like to be able to create meals in the app to repeat them easily. It would be great if we could set up certain days as rest every week without having to do it manually for clients that a create weekly workouts for.

Great basic personal trainer app!

I now can streamline everything in my business. I am someone that uses pen and paper and the old filing system, Fitbudd has shown me how to get more done in a short space of time. Besides the business side of things, they have shown me that even though we are on opposite sides of the world they support my business and me as a human being which is rare to find in life let alone online these days.

PROS

Fitbudd is easy to use. I loved that the whole setup process is easy to follow. The Fitbudd team is super helpful which makes a huge difference when it comes to moving your business online for the first time. I love the fact that I can now train my clients from anywhere in the world.

CONS

I definitely think that there is room for a couple of improvements to make this app stand out from all of the others but overall there is nothing I can complain about.
