Great group of people! Most honest in the industry!
We received a solid solution for integrated credit card processing into our SAAS automotive shop management system, Omnique.
PROSVery easy connection using eConduit. We would have used 360 Payments first if we would have known them earlier.
CONSNone that I can think of so far! Working with credit card companies is a pain but 360 changed that for Omnique!

The most honest group.
The integration is one of the easiest to complete. Really good support and excellent staff to work with.
CONSThe only issue is when internet goes down, but there is a dial up backup available.

We love 360 Payments
360 has given our company great support and answered all questions when we call. There's no waiting for a call back!
PROSLove that it integrates with our software and we don't have to input everything into a terminal.
CONSOf course with all payment processing companies the fees are higher if you have to hand key in a card.

Easy to work with, easy to set up , great support when needed and good rates
Competitive pricing and ease of use means that it saves us time and money
PROSAssistance when needed and the good rates, Everything about their system is easy. I like that we are speaking to the same people when we do need help rather than being passed around some faceless call center.
CONSI am really sorry but I can't think of anything that I don't like. I have to put something in here but can't think of anything bad at all to say.

Great People, Great Company
Simple and fast integration. Very Easy to use. 360 Truly cares about their merchants, something that is hard to find in the Processing industry.
CONSnone that I can think of. Every experience I have had with them has been very good. No complaints here.

Good customer service and fees are not that high.
CONSSometimes the terminals need a little fine-tuning, but the customer service is helpful with that.
