Provides realtime conversion of digital currencies like Bitcoin into fiat currencies and lots of features in the merchant account. Probably the most advanced payment solution in this space. Checkout flows and UI are beautifully designed and sophisticated. Integration via API worked nicely and the documentation is very good. In case of questions, customer support is very responsive.

So far everything worked out well, no trouble.

In one word, superb. It should be mentioned that when we approached COINQVEST about integration with WordPress, they didn't yet have a plugin available. They had all the API features needed for someone with technical skills to do it, but nothing quite as easy as installing a plugin. Within less than a month, they built the plugin for all WordPress websites. That's extraordinary. Further, customer service is some of the best we've had in that they even help direct our customers to us when they inadvertently ask the COINQVEST staff about something entirely related to our products and services and not COINQVESTS. In short, they listen to your needs and are attentive, timely, and eager to help.

In addition to providing the ability for anyone to accept various forms of payment processing on a WordPress site, something no other reputable payment processors provide yet, we liked the simplicity of the integration into our website. As with most WordPress websites, ours is run by someone that isn't a programmer or even someone with much technical knowhow. Therefore self-service simplicity was a must.

In truth, the software does exactly what we need it to and has allowed us to accept cryptocurrency payments from the start. That said, upgrades and enhancements could be made to anything, most of which are actually waiting for the rest of the industry to catch up to COINQVEST by allowing full integration into their products and services. At the time of this review, traditional payment processing through providers like Stripe are still the focus of the membership management software solutions on WordPress. COINQVEST has provided all the necessary hooks and tools for these other software solutions to use, but we haven't seen it just yet. It will come, but just need the world at large to continue the adoption of cryptocurrency payments.
