Solid Alcohol ACH program
very positive. Before we had access the same process with lowes foods would take 45 minutes per day to process thei money orders, record the payment in quickbooks and post the payment. Now that can all be done in about 5-10 minutes.
PROSEase of use. The most commonly used features are front and center on the landing page and my every day users don't have to spend tons of time in antiquated menus. The reporting features on this system are very clean and easy to understand, which makes monthly reconciliation a breeze.
CONSSome of the more complex rarely used tasks can be cumbersome, but as we use them VERY infrequently it makes it less impactful.

Pointless waste of my life
No benefits - I am forced to use this products and given ANY other choice I would use a different product.
PROSNothing. The only reason we use this product is because one of our vendors requires it. I am grateful more vendors don't use Icontrol.
CONSSet up is confusing and disjointed and watching videos is a waste of time and most of the invoices during this time extended had to be written off to bad debt because the vendor and Icontrol could never iron out the issues.. The fully automated lack of a live person is frustrating to no end. The process itself requires too much set up and not enough accountability on behalf of Icontrol. To process or search for an invoice/po/payment is not a logically condusive process to the lay-men but rather requires watching another video (wasting more time) to not often result in a correct answer. There is no 1 point of contact to explain an issue to and getting shipped from dept to dep once more wastes time. I cannot just train staff and trust they will be able to use this EFT platform as I can with ALL other EFT platforms, so I just take time out to do it myself.

An underrated platform that deserves more attention!
Once we received guidance on how to use the platform to it's full potential, we found that it was more useful than other platforms we had been using. With easy set-up for retailers, quick support and ease of payment processing, This platform is one that we will be recommending more in 2022 to our retailers.
CONSWe would love to see iControl develop a Bank Activity Report that lists daily transactions. We would also like to see an easier way to create an invoice on the platform should we run into user issues prior to submitting payment requests.

WBD iControl overview
Our payments are always on time now and it's less we have to chase down.
PROSiControl is extremely easy to use and easy to navigate through. No problems with implementation at all.
CONSI haven't found much i'm disappointed with. I'm sure we could utilize it more than we do, but, for what we do use it for it has worked perfectly.
