About Payrix

Payrix is a payment processing software that helps businesses accept and manage payments from customers. The platform offers a secure application programming interface (API) that enables managers to accept any payment type including credit cards, ACH payments and direct wire transfers. Administrators can securely process payments in accordance with the payment card industry data security standard (PCI DSS) compliance standards. Additionally, Payrix lets stakeholders manage customer onboarding, underwriting and portfolios on a unified interface.

payrix A+

I really like payrix because it's easy to use and the fee automatically gets taken away, don't have to get charged weeks later for the processing fees.

PROS

easy and convenient for myself and customers to pay online.

CONS

the starting point with payrix was a hassle. but once we got going everything has been going smoothly

Customer services is not easily accessible

PROS

I liked most about Patric is the integration with my online management software.

CONS

Funds are not available next day at our bank account. Very inconvenient.

PROS

What I like most about Payrix is the ability to be able to connect the payment server to our POS system at our automotive shop.

CONS

There are currently no cons that I have with using Payrix.

Easy for customers to use

So far so good, but if there is ever a problem I don't know how they would handle it because they don't answer the phone.

PROS

Ease of use, fast setup, automatic disbursements of funds.

CONS

no customer service phone, no one to call if you need help.
