PayTrace is the Jack of all Trades for B2B
Interchange Optimization with little to NO need for additional work on the client's part. Great versatility and excellent customer service.
CONSSome of the integration products are 3rd party and not as customer service oriented as PayTrace, but no complaints.

User Friendly CC Payment Portal
Security with virtually zero liability to process customer payments in a "in time" manner which assist us in providing ease and security for our customers.
PROSThere are several things I like about using PayTrace...User friendly, portal access, security, and very helpful and knowledgeable customer service. CC API processing with PayTrace
the API is simple to use. the Portal has quick responsive.
CONSthe report could have more functionality such as schedule reporting on certain time of day and on specific days.there should be some notifications if the accounts are locked or password expired.

Easy to use portal and Great customer service
Very Happy!
PROSWe just switched from Braintree to PayTrace for multiple reasons. Obviously we want a system that works, is intuitive and provides a high level of security for our customers. PayTrace checks all these boxes, but so far what I am most impressed with is the customer service. Easy to get a person on the phone that is knowledgeable and helpful.
CONSNothing bad to say about PayTrace. I am having some issues with getting the PayTrace plugin working correctly on my WooCommerce site, but I believe the issue to be with the plug-in developer.
Reasons for switching to PayTrace
We wanted a solution that was cohesive with our bank, our ERO and or eCommerce platform. PayTrace checked all the boxes.

CONSpaytrace is very easy to use, there has not been any issues to report and when technical issues arise you have several different options to reach someone for assistance not just one. you have phone service, email option and much needed information from their website
