As a ecommerce business, we found it particularly challenging to grow in the APAC region due to the multiple local payment methods we had to integrate. XanPay aggregated all the different APMs across the whole region and was an absolute game changer!

Having local payments in countries such as Phillipines, Singapore, Indonesia etc has allowed our business grow and serve customers that previously we couldn't service! Not everyone has access to credit cards in Asia and XanPay has provided an awesome solution for us.

KYC process could be improved but the customer service team was very transparent and communicated very well throughout the process.

The reporting tools could be improved. It would be a nice to have more options to personalize reports
