One of the best EFT Vendors around!
Not only is this a great product, but as a charity, the price is great and the Team at zum are great to work with too, when we have any questions, or are not sure how to do something, or are looking for some type of report.
PROSWe like how easy ZUM is to use, and the price!
CONSThere are none! We have nothing bad to say!

We left PayPal over the costs per transaction, as well as it not being as user friendly.

Zum is a great payments platform
Overall, I really enjoy using Zum for payment processing. I send payments daily and its a lot quicker and easier to navigate than most bank EFT platforms I have worked with.
PROS- Option to send and receive EFTs and Interac Email Transfers - Ease of use - Ease of setting up payees and payors - Support is great to work with when I have questions
CONSThere is nothing that I do not like about this product.
Reason for choosing Zum
The email transfer option through Plooto works on its own network and is not recognized by our clients so they are hesitant to enter their banking information as readily as they would when they receive an Interac Email transfer.

Zum Rails is a critical API for payment system
Zum Rails is extremely reliable and easy to use.

Zum Rails Review
Ability to offer e transfers and EFT's to our customers direct from our online program
CONSNot able to process e transfers unless the name matches on the business account and bank account. Some of our customers want to pay by e transfer and can't because they use a different account to pay with than the business name
