Wayleadr Parking Management
It's incredibly intuitive and makes arranging parking seemless.
CONSI cannot think of any cons. It works perfectly for what i require.

Great corporate parking solution
Wayleadr has a slick UI and app. I haven't had a single problem with it. I'm pretty surprised at how quickly it can sync my new reservation with the parking garage. Overall I'm really happy with the wayleader app and its customer support.
CONSThere isn't enough incentive for people who don't use their parking spaces to give them up. It's great that you can enter the lottery for the week in advance, however, which makes it much easier to plan.

Easy Parking
- easy to request parking through the app - notifications are timely - abillity to 'book now' when available spaces are on
CONS- the algorithm for assigning spots is very random i would like to see a bit more transparancy here

Easy to use and helps with parking needs.

Great collaboration with Wayleadr
The Wayleadr team were professional and flexible in every aspect of the implementation and with every interaction since we have gone live. They offered very practical advice during the implementation phase that made the change management very easy.
CONSThis is only a comment for future development that I know Wayleadr are working to develop. The finer details and complications to manage limited time available on EV charging points need to be introduced.

Wayleadr is an excellent parking management tool!
Very positive! I have had no problems using wayleadr at all.
PROSWayleadr is incredibly easy to use, gives up-to-data availability, and also allows for easy cancellation should you no longer require the spot.
CONSThe only con I can think of is not having the ability to pick your space from those available. This would make it easier (For example) if you were leaving your car overnight to ensure that it is booked into the same spot both days.

Floorless booking system

Excellent app
I have been using this for a couple of years when it was introduced by our company. I am able to book my parking spaces in advance and if there are any issues with parking it’s easy to resolve using the app

ParkOffice has given us all visibility of our car park before we even leave the house. As an admin it has been a great reporting tool for high demand days/ weeks A terrific feature is the ability to ensure those in most need of a parking space get one.
PROSThe new Analytics feature is incredibly helpful to report on the app usage over a given time period. The mobile calendar, reminders and notification features are incredibly useful in ensuring our users are well informed of their bookings. The desktop dashboard Calendar is incredibly effective in comparing % of occupancy over the course of a month.
CONSIntegration with our barrier proved to be difficult due to phone signal constraints. Employees arriving at the same time from opposite directions and pressing the open button around the same time caused confusions.

Overall experience is excellent. Easy to use.
PROSEase of use. So easy to book spaces at each of our offices and to see if any free on the day.
CONSWould be good to choose am or pm as I work part time on some days and would free up spaces for other staff.

Great parking solution
Wayleadr has increased the utlisation of all of our limited parking spaces and provides a fair opportunity for all team to get a park.
PROSI like that it provides a fair way to access parking and helps me plan my week. I also love the check availability feature to pick up any last minute parking spots if needed.
CONSTo be picky, the request booking UX could be a little simpler.

Best way to make effective use of the shared hot desks in the small office.
Wayleadr helps us to manage the shared desk spaces. It allocates spaces in our designated area to those that request a space on the easy to use app. Spaces can be released easily so in many cases a space can be booked on the same day and not just in advance.
PROSIt is very easy to use. The app is really good as it reminds you when to book a shared hot desk space. You can also release the space easy if you change mind not to work on that day already booked. It is the best way to make good use of the hot desks in a small office effectively, ensuring that a space can be booked in advance. I would like to definitely recommend to the others if needed.
CONSI haven't met any problem using Wayleadr.

Wayleadr maximizes user's time and efficiency with positivity
10/10 overall experience with Wayleadr.
PROSI love the language that Wayleadr uses in its copy. I like the amount of notifications and being reminded to put my requests in ahead of time. I like the user interface. I like seeing my spot # on the main page. I like the feature of reporting someone in your spot. And so much more!

Wayleadr is Great
It is providing parking for staff who have not been able to park in the office without the service and it all works so simply by email or by using the mobile application
PROSWayleadr is an app we use for requesting parking in the office. It is excellent because we have a small carpark and lots of staff, so this company has helped us share the spaces among the people who need them with our new hybrid working policy.
CONSThere is nothing I do not like about this system as it helps me get parking in the office where i would otherwise need to use crowded public transport that is uncomfortable and expensive

Easy parking for my day-to-day work
It makes sure I can get a parking spot when I go to work at the office. If the spots reserved for electric cars are fully booked, it automatically assigns me a parking space at the "regular area" so I know I always get a parking spot.
CONSIt would be nice to have the parking map integrated in the app so I know exactly which spot has been assigned to me.

Brilliant solution to parking management
Overall experience with Wayleadr is great. Fantastic service and it make my life so much easier.
PROSI really like Wayleadr's simple, intuitive interface and the ease of booking a parking space. I also like the reminders as I would forget to book a space if not for those.

Ease of booking
Weekly i book my EV into our car park in the center of Dublin. I always get a spot and if i dont need it i can release it very easily!
PROSHow user friendly the site is. I also like how it prompts you to book your car in for the week coming.
CONSNo Cons per se. The only thing i think we need is more Charging stations for EV's but that is my companies issue not wayleadr!

Convenient Parking App
I use WayLeadr to book all my Parking in Cambridge, MA. It is an easy to use app and intelligent to find parking spaces close to my work site.
CONSNothing at the moment. Occasionally I found App unresponsive but that could be due to internet bandwidth issues in parking lots.
