The only thing that really bothered us was the constantly changing plan pricing levels. However that has now been eliminated.

Also the raspberry pi or linux agent support is fantastic. I run my main agent in a ubuntu vm in VMware ESXi and it runs flawlessly.

Domotz provides exactly what we need, with a simple interface and ease of use.

Great and quick support. The only issue has been with the alert notifications.

It's a very polished platform, that works very reliably and effortlessly. The customer service is awesome, no question is not too small, speed of response and personal approach is second to none.

Domotz Pro features and functions have opened up a multitude of avenues to exploit while monitoring our edge devices.

It lacks 2 features : the automatic cleaning of offline devices after X days offline. It's either we delete all offline device or manually delete them one by one.

Overall this has been a great choice and I expect we will continue to expand the use of Domotz.

Domotz saved us a ton of time and money. Plug and Play environment is always the best option for MSP's.

It's simple to deploy and maintain. The ability to open ports on the fly is amazing and gets used regularly.

Something else that needs mentioning, the customer support is absolutely amazing.

This cost effective little box packs a bunch of features such as active monitoring and notifications, remote connection to network devices, and a easy to read and understand dashboard.

While I haven't rolled this out to my whole portfolio of 500 sites yet (12k cameras), the business case is an easy decision to help me manage our ever growing business.

It gives us the ability to not only monitor and configure custom alerts for each of our clients but it allow us to quickly resolve issues right from the application or mobile app.

The network topology cannot be printed or downloaded into a file that is readable or shareable. 100 devices on a network and its very hard to see the full picture.

Very easy interface, multiple installation options like Ubuntu, Synology and Docker to name a few. Easy setup which allows me to deploy within minutes.

Having patches automatically downloaded and installed on many networks is a good thing.

The reporting looks good on first glance, but is not consistent and shows errors inside a small time frame and not a large time frame. When checking the console, these flagged errors do not appear.

We've submitted a feature request to reword the reboot agent popup as it is currently somewhat misleading, requiring additional user training.

Deployment to mobile devices and new machines. There is no device discovery option so you need to be able to get to the physical device to install the application.

Our clients and servers are allways upto date, no matter if inhouse or in the field. The reporting tools gives an overall good feedback about the actual patches per endpoint view.

Overall the experience has been excellent. We've an assigned Success Manager who helped us go through the deployment and configuration stage.

Sometimes I might get lost in all the features and the options.

On the support side they appear to have a excellent team who are very quick to come back with the right answer.

This is a great product that requires little action of part of the user and runs in the background. It is also not cpu or ram intensive.

The platform is an excellent way to automate patching for both Windows updates and third party updates. The list of supported 3rd party apps continues to grow, and setup is straightforward.

It is very easy to install the Software on Network and off network. The help and document section were very helpful.

Its so easy to use with a brilliant user interface. Hardly any input is needed, it just sits and does it's job.

Good, stable and takes care of itself. Do not disturb the user too much.

Once you've learnt the management console this issue is less of a barrier.

Having the peace of mind of not being caught off guard by unperformed updates is without a doubt the best thing about this product.

The deployment goes smoothly, so it's an easywin if you'd like to be in more control of your 3.party patching. Also, Heimdal listens if you have ideas for improving the way things work.

Ease of use: took only a few minutes to set it up. Great value: we are saving a lot of man hours, not having to manually update our software, compared to the low cost of the product.

We had a hard start, but when it was configures and running then it is just working.
