Superb Platform for Testing SMS
We have been using TelQ for as long as I have been at the company (5+ years) and have never had any issues. Their customer service is fantastic (especially [sensitive content hidden] ) and I would recommend TelQ to any SMS provider/Aggregator/MVNO looking to test and measure the quality of their SMS.
PROSTelQ provides a super easy-to-use and feature-rich web platform for testing SMS to countries around the globe. There are test numbers for pretty much every country and network which has enabled us to significantly improve our routing operations, and offer our clients the best quality SMS routes. The TelQ platform allows us to easily identify which SMS have been successfully delivered, whether we have received a false DLR, and if there are any changes to the sender id or content of the SMS.There are regular updates to the platform and the TelQ team are always keen to demonstrate new feature/receive feedback about what they can improve.
CONSWe have not encountered any problems with TelQ.

Telq - A "Must have" for an SMS Aggregator/Mobile that requires to do bulk testing
The experience has been wonderful
PROSWe primarily use the API but log into the portal from time to time. API :- The API is fantastic as it allows you to obtain the test results in real time. This has made a tremendous impact in the way we test in bulk, and saves us plenty and plenty of hours when doing a test case.- We have been using the API for the last 3 years and are truly happy with the service,.- The nodes are very reliable and the platform has a wide, global coverage range, it covers all primary mobile operators and many of the smaller ones too.- The customer service is great from the support team, they are always willing to go the extra mile to resolve a query.Their Online Web Portal Test Tool:- This is very user friendly web application which has a vast number of features to test sms delivery in bulk and to view the results.- There is a online scheduler which allows scheduled testing should you want to monitor a specific customer's delivery or just delivery in general. - Test results are reliable.I've been in the SMS aggregation industry for the last 15 years, Telq is by far the leading app.
CONSHaving to keep up to date with all the new features that gets released frequently to enhance the product, this is great!

Feedback about the performance of TelQ
Apart from the occasional test number failures and slow result loading, TelQ works very well and provides a simple and effective way of testing with lots of required information.
PROSI liked the outlook of the test results and the templates, it is easy to see through and handle.
CONSSometimes the test results load with a delay, and sometimes it is not clear whether the issue is with the route or the testing tool.

Helpful platform for SMS delivery testing
Excellent result and experience with TelQ.
PROSEasiness to perform SMS delivery testing that we used for our SMS marketing campaign. Test SMS route before we blast the SMS marketing to ensure the campaign can reach all the recipient list.
CONSSome delay with the result even when they said it would in real-time data capture. Other than those issue, everything else is up to the standard for a testing platform

Experience with TELQ
It´s a good tool.
PROSI like the variety of data and test nodes
CONS- Lack of some small operators. I´v always requested new networks but I´ve never gotten. - Test in batches should be easier, the excel file sometimes complicates everything.- We are not able to know if the DLR arrives than the SMS arrives to the handset. This is essential to detect SMSC DLR suppliers and FAKE DLRs.- No SMS MO capability..
