  • Pros

  • I love the integration with payment providers and member management. Clubworx was made for martial arts studios to succeed and to simplify their everyday processes.
  • It is easy to get set up and use. Rarely goes wrong and customer support is great.
  • Cons

  • It doesn't have an auto email system where an email can be delivered automatically when a student misses classes which other competitors did but they also charged about $100/mo.
  • Not been able to let ezidebit collect the fees directly to our customers. I don't like the fact we have to absorb the fees and include into our club fees.

  • Pros

  • Customer Support is fantastic in terms of both accessibility (always get a very fast response without needing to wait on hold) and receptiveness to ideas to improve (and actually implementing them).
  • It keeps great records of useful data and integrates well with Google analytics and Facebook Pixel. Setting up schedules and editing them if needed is very easy.
  • Cons

  • We held back from using Helm for a while because of the poor mobile experience, but the pros to the software started to out weigh the negatives which is when we decided to make the switch.
  • It was slightly difficult in the beginning to figure out how to set block scheduling for the different services.
