  • Their dedication to offering that truly easy, intuitive and responsive platform for both Studio owners AND end user shines through all of their efforts and communication.
  • I really appreciate the quality of service and quick responses I receive from the Studio Growth Team. I have never waited when needing assistance.
  • Cons

  • A few clients found booking sometimes difficult but any issues were sorted by [sensitive content hidden] and his team.
  • Customer database could use some tweaking - the email field is not mandatory for a new customer to complete and this is a crucial form of communication within the software.

  • I love the integration with payment providers and member management. Clubworx was made for martial arts studios to succeed and to simplify their everyday processes.
  • It is easy to get set up and use. Rarely goes wrong and customer support is great.
  • Cons

  • It doesn't have an auto email system where an email can be delivered automatically when a student misses classes which other competitors did but they also charged about $100/mo.
  • Not been able to let ezidebit collect the fees directly to our customers. I don't like the fact we have to absorb the fees and include into our club fees.
