Pros
- The product is quick and responsive. Streamlines and adds AD like features to small businesses with no need or desire to implement AD.
- JumpCloud has helped Octane solve so many issues that I didn't even know I needed to solve. And on top of that their support team and our account manager are the absolute best.
Cons
- Also, setting up the RADIUS server is difficult because there are so many different kinds of networking devices.
- Dont have any feature which is bad in jumpcloud.
Pros
- The auditing reports are great as we can easily find out who changed something and when.
- Its alot like a few of the other software programs out there , it is fairly simple to use , delegates roles , eliminates repetitive motions , pretty basic great for small business.
Cons
- My only negative is that it can sometimes take a while to get a hold of a support person when there is an issue. I have waited a couple of days in the past (mid-week, not over a weekend).
- Doesnt allow for you to change alot, doesn't give enough characters to use to explain an issue too limited.
